Great episode! As for the weird boot loop thing: The BIOS is probably defaulting a weird memory train every boot, so enabling Memory Fast Boot/Memory Context Restore or whatever the mobo vendor calls it, would most likely solve the problem. This has happened twice to me
Great episode as ever. I think a nice touch to add to this series of videos would be to give an update on the house fund at the end. Keep up the good work.
Automotive service advisor here.. you can press the key fob itself against the start button for a few seconds and the car will start even if the battery is dead. There's an RFID chip in the key fob, which the car will ping off of using the car battery as power. just a side note for next time haha. Anyways, great video.. always love watching.
Hi I am felix and my specs are Ryzen 5 5500 Asus B450 motherboard 1tb WD Black gen 4 ssd(Yes I know my mobo dosent support gen 4 but my dad helped pay and he really wanted me to get that ssd.) 16 gbs ddr4 ram cl16 3200mgz Radeon rx 6600 650 Watt Powerspec 80 + Bronze A ATX RGB case with 4 fans(Micro Center Special for just 40 bucks) I love the vid and I really apreciate you for making my day better, cant wait to see you get a house and hit 100k Subs.
I really enjoy watching these videos, since flipping pc as a hobby, or even full-time is my dream! It is impossible though, since my country doesn't have a good market of used pc parts or they are priced way higher than normal. I hope you achieve your goal of buying a house!
Good episode, i dont mind the length of these longer videos because it has good content, but the only thing im going to critisize is the eerie music around 7:18. Gives it a weird vibe
Hey there Elijah love your builds , as for the bootloop problem you have encountered, i have had many mobos like that and also had that struggle, but i eventually figured that its the capacitors that actually first charges up to store voltages and then on the second run(now that capacitor's are fully charged) the mobo will boot up with no problems, but the one quick fix i always do is try and run in a different case, or try and run it from outside the case....watching all the way from Cape Town, South Africa
Ur making rlly good deals bro, around here I can make 50 to 100 max profit ... ur cases look rlly good too for 50 bucks ? That's good! Glad to see ur still making videos
I saw your last video and was pretty sure you were in Utah. Now I know for sure. I used to live in west SLC, just off 400s. I miss it... I also build and flip PCs. You are finding way better deals than I'm finding here in Wisconsin! Keep working on it, cookie. lol
I just had a similar thing just happen with a case from another manufacturer. I didnt want to tear everything out and wait for a return to NewEgg so I reached out the manufacturer directly and they sent me a new fan. Swapped it in and had my flip sold in less time than if I would have went through the return process with NewEgg.
couple of ideas for that PC that seems to be boot looping. I know you said you checked the BIOS, however it might help to go in and update all of the drivers and firmware. I recently had this issue with a B650 mobo and updating the bios fixed the issue in a jiffy. Would also be a pretty cool aside in a video since a lot of people don't know how to do that I feel. The other thing I would try is disabling fastboot in BIOS as well. The only reason I say that is because you say it posts right to windows on its second time starting up. Just a couple suggestions.
The PC turning off and back on could just be the front IO connections on the motherboard. Try jumping the system with a screwdriver and see if it fixes
Reminds me of something that dell optiplexes do. I had an issue and it ended up being the cmos battery. After I replaced it things seemed fine. If not that then it might just be the motherboard being stupid
Hey awesome vids, I've been binging and want to start flipping pc's soon. Can I ask though, how do you know if you're scoring a good deal on something? Is there like a website or something that has a price you compare it to, or how are you just able to know what's a good deal and what's not just by taking a look at the listing?
Hi Elijah, I followed the link for the rgb controller, but I can't see how you connected it up to the chassis reset button. The only cables I see are the sata connection and the 4 pin argb. Please can you explain? Many thanks for the great content!
Don't worry about that thing only has one connection being sata for power and argb 3 pin header for the argb there is no slots / pins for the reset there are versions on aliexpress where it also comes with the reset headers but it don't come with a remote but what I have found is that the remote seem to be universal I can use the remoted for similar controller hub. It a cheap way for motherboard that don't have the headers built in and works great with fans that have the splitters to daisy chain all the fans together.
the one in the link doesnt, its a whitelabel aliexpress product with a couple different versions, one of which is with the reset connector, another has a generic remote, but the one in the link has neither
ive been inspired by your work and im starting to try it soon just a quick question on average how long does it take you to sell the pc from listing time and how did you intially get the budget to start i am currently saving up for a bit of a low end system not sure about the parts but hopefully i settle on something ive been reaserching pc building for 2 years how much should i add as profit when trying to sell a build
Hey man! I just started trying to build my own gaming pc and i want to make a TH-cam channel out of it, any tips on how to start a small channel like this?

Hey Elijah, I just started flipping pcs and I put together a build with an i7 6770, rx 570, 16 gb ddr4, and a 215gb SSD, in an all white atx case . I got it for about 400$ and listed it for about 550. Nobody is sending offers and I'm feeling kinda scared that I just lost 400 bucks. Any tips on selling it or future advice? Hey bro I enjoy your content so much but I just want to ask are you ok because you did say in a few videos earlier you and your ex broke up but still living together you ok?
HELP ME PLEASE! Anyone!!! My pc has been in limbo for around 3 months now, i think i know what the issue is... ive got a gigabyte b450 aorus elite v2 and it got stuck in a boot loop when i changed some bios settings in order to play Valorant... disabled csm support and enable secure boot... so doing those changes made that its now stuck in a boot loop where the fans keep ramping up and the debug LEDs just keep cycling through cpu, dram and vga... i think ive narrowed down the issue to the m.2 being MBR format... i think i need to change the format to GPT... CAN ANYONE PLEASE advise if im on the right track here!
Just clear CMOS, the thing Elijah did in the video. Turn off your computer completely, along with all peripherals and power cord. Then, take a screwdriver or something and jump together two CMOS pins (varies from motherboard to motherboard). If you for some reason don't have these or can't find them, take out the CMOS battery and wait for like 5 minutes. Then pop it back in, turn on your PC and voila!
yup your on the right track if you turned on for secure boot and you still had windows 10 or windows 11 in MBT format usually the symptoms what it will not longer boot into windows in this case do you have another drive or pc since its a m.2 are you able to take it out and put into into another pc and reformat in gpt format? If not turn off secure boot and turn cms back on so you boot back into windows them try to reformat that drive into gpt them do the secure boot you might need to install another driver with windows so you can format that m.2.
