hey CK, I have been vinyl wrapping for almost 2 years for my shop but mostly small trim stuff and stripes. I just started doing full color changes with 3 cars under my belt. I am going to wrap my personal 15 mustang and I can't tell you how appreciative I am for your videos in general but these mustang specific ones. THANK YOU!!
First car I wrapped was my mustang. Watched all your videos and it helped a ton. I’ve wrapped 5 cars now and by far the mustang was the hardest one. With that being said it’s time for round two. Hopefully this time it goes by faster with more experience
Hey man, I appreciate these videos a lot. They've helped me a lot with small projects and I'm just about ready to tackle the whole car. Keep it up and thank you.
Hey man, can you do a video on complex mirror covers? like my mustangs(10-12) cover has a very steep corner and I haven't been able to successfully wrap it without overstretching...even just tips would be great, thanks
i hope this doesn't sound lame, but i'm a newbie.. you are generating alot of excess material, do you save and use it on smaller pieces like dash or console?
Hey CK wraps great videos, very helpful. i wanna ask why do you remove the bumper and rear bumpers of cars u wrap? cant u wrap it with them on the car?
+KAFit we remove the bumper in order to remove the grills, fog lights, headlight, side markers etc. The job won't come out as clean if you don't remove those parts. We then remount the bumper so we can wrap it on the car
Do you ever have customer requests to continue the wrap all the way into the door jamb? Would you do that as an inlay or would you leave extra material and just continue wrapping in?

Your videos are always incredibly helpful!
As a pro, on average, how long does it take you to do a full wrap?
+James Mazikowski if I were to average it out with prep, disassembly and installation along with reassembly I'd say about 22 hours

+busybody1 we usually store excess film pieces inside the car to use for door handles, mirrors etc. We mention that in most of the videos
ok thanks for reply

+James Mazikowski you can do them as an inlay or ad one piece. I recommend doing an inlay
