In this video we visited the famous beaches of Copacabana and Ipanema in Rio de Janeiro. We rented a bike and also did some stand up paddle boarding. There are always fun things to do if you are visiting these beaches in Brazil :D

Jumping Places Wow, that view is amazing. It must cost alot since it's in the major city. How come U never get a tan or sunburn since U are always under the sun and never wear a hat. Lol

Os gringos amam mais o Brasil e as praias do que o próprio país deles. Essa que é a verdade. Não tem um gringo que visite o Rio de Janeiro e não fique encantado com a beleza das praias.

Yeah man... Rio is da shiznit!💚💛 Some of the best times I had were in the Rocinha Favela (even got a couple videos posted 😁) I partied in the favela Friday & Saturday night last month. Don't believe the hype. 19yrs going to Brasil & I've NEVER had any issues! 😉

@@williamdomingues507 The country has its pros and cons, dude, but in the case of Rio, the number of cons is overwhelming (too many favelas, too many crimes, too much corruption, too many problems). Don't be a patriotic fool, you don't have to put Rio down, but you can't blind yourself to the awful shortcomings of Rio either. I honestly felt ashamed to be Brazilian when I took a cab from the airport to zona Sul right after arriving from the USA. I put myself in the perspective of the gringos, knowing what their country looks like and what they are used to, I'm pretty sure many gringos are in shock after seeing Rio's countless favelas, poverty and lack of organization.

It’s weird how much Brazilians seem to exaggerate about the violence, everyone agrees that rio is violent but many Brazilians exaggerate it wayyy too much. They make it sound like a tourist is going to leave their hotel and be shot dead. I lived in Rio for 6 years in zona Norte and nothing ever happened to me...

I think you are confusing Brazil with Mexico or some 3rd world middle eastern countries. True that crime is present in Rio, but it's more back in the favelas. The tourist areas like the beaches of Ipanema, Copacabana, and Leblon are quite safe.

Great video! I watched your videos before my trip. Just got back from an 8 day trip to Rio for my 30th bday. Stayed in Copacabana and had a great time! Came across no issues- had a full group of 7 people haha and we stay diligent but of course, overall had a great time.

I vacationed at Copacabana back in January 2010. I had the best time and the clip with the kiosks brought back great memories

when you return back to Brazil, you need to visit Barra de Guaratiba. Walk around Barra da Tijuca too. Visit the rich shopping malls in Barra. Walk through downtown Rio de Janeiro. Meet Santa Teresa. And travel to Petropolis or Teresopolis to National Park of Serra dos Órgãos. Thanks for share this vídeo. Cristiane Souza eu não gosto de facilitar, embora o único adereço que uso, seja celular e óculos de sol, não gosto de usar cordões e pulseiras independente da violência, é do meu jeito mesmo.
Mas se vc tiver cautela, não há tanto perigo, eu sempre digo a maior violência no Rio não são assaltos, mas sim a animalidade das pessoas, é mais fácil vc ser destratado num quiosque, restaurante, táxi do que ser assaltado, e é tudo violência, de formas diferentes mas é tudo violência.
Vai passar a vida trancada em casa morrer e não vai viver nada!
