In this video I visited the amazing tropical beach called Prainhas do Pontal do Atalaia in Arraial do Cabo. This is the best beach that I have visited so far in Brazil and is definitely one of the best beaches that you will find in the entire country. A lot of people don't expect Rio to have these kind of beaches. A must visit if travelling to Rio!

Wow, one of the most beautiful places you've filmed so far, and I'm watching this a year after you filmed it, and after having seen your videos of the breathtaking beaches in the Philippines, so this is every bit as beautiful as those places. Aside from the stunning color and clarity of the water, I love the juxtaposition of the cactus with the green vegetation and white, sandy beaches. It's also great that the place seems so remote with no houses or other buildings in sight. Great find; thanks for sharing your video!

In this vid was the GoPro 6 I think, but this year I have always been using the 7 except for my latest Brazil and Cuba vids because my 7 broke
Going to buy a 7 again soon since the audio and stabilization and image is much better
Since my Thailand vida pretty much all my vids were 100% GoPro hero 7, I love it because it’s so small. It’s just shitty in low light and the audio is crap when there is even little wind

8:25 Well, the air temperatures might not go down that much - from avg. 30C to avg. 26C but the water temperatures go down about the same in average. From 26C in February and March to 22C in September. Those 4C you really will feel and the water will be cold to you if you're used to higher sea temperatures.

Been there many times, also lived there for 6 years. May should be good as it won’t be extremely hot, just nice.. best to always have someone watching your stuff at the beach. Don’t leave things unattended

not sure about uber, would cost a fortune too as it's not so close. For the bus you would have to go to the main central bus station in Rio

How much would an Uber cost to go here from ipanema?
Although Uber is mad cheap in Brazil due to long distance it will cost maybe 50-150USD. You’re much better off renting a car in Rio city and then driving yourself to wherever you want to see, it’s pretty safe in most areas

Hey there, At the moment i work in the oil field which is mainly paying for this... so that's where the money comes from and it also gives me a bit of time off since i work like 15 days straight when im in the field. But if you look online there are many people travelling with little money really, doing volunteer work or couch surfing e.t.c just need to look into itand see which way you can make it happen!

Hmm well Belize if you want the super tropical style ocean, but costa rica has loads of amazing waterfalls/jungles and volcanoes e.t.c... Hard choice but I think I liked costa rica more! It is more expensive though also
