How to Organize Your Day for Maximum Results | Jim Kwik

  • How do you organize your day to get the most out of it?
Our community is made up of people all over the world. And while not everyone has the same education, income, or networking connections, the one thing we all have equally is time. Everyone has the same twenty-four hours in the day, but it’s up to you how to utilize them to your advantage.
On today’s episode, I want to share my very simple framework on how I chunk down my day for maximum results. This isn’t meant to be followed rigorously. Instead, my goal is to help you learn the principles so you can get the most out of every twenty-four hour period-and still get enough sleep.
When you break your day down into manageable chunks, you reduce cognitive fatigue by strategically targeting your focus. This helps you improve your productivity and performance, which ultimately leads to increased profitability and peace of mind. If you’re looking for a framework to help manage your time and maximize your day, this episode is for you.

    3 Phases for the Day
✨Mornings are for creating, creativity, working on projects.
✨Afternoons for consuming: learning, reading, listening to a podcast.
✨Evenings for clearing: meditation, journaling about the day and planning the day for tomorrow, watching something to unwind.
    And Connecting throughout the day!

My creativity time varies, one time I woke up in the middle of the night with a melody in my head that I had to write down and so I did and later on became a song and music video. Same thing when I write for theater or film, or when working on Voice Over projects, ideas may come at any time as unexpected guests but always welcomed, bringing me joy, excitement, a state of flow, yes afterwards there’s fatigue too but never burnt-outs. 😀

i think the clearing phase is the one that stood out to me. i often find brain going non stop even when it's time to sleep. i usually do some stretching, and some reading, till i fell asleep. but the clearing one is a revelation- and i think i will also reflect on the feelings and emotions i've had throughout the day, as i find they can definitely build up if you don't address them. i did this a bit more earlier in the year, but got complacent once my emotional baseline was in a decent state.

Thanks Jim : This is the best organize of a day That I ever heard . There are a lot of "famous you tubers" that have complicated cronograms that takes more time to do than the actually things during the day . This is actually simple , very Smart , and efficient.
There is always a difference whenever you are a creator or entrepeneur ( like you) vs a worker who has an schedule to fullfill but still it will help me to divide my day .
And something very important:" devices not in the first or the last part of the day ".
I will try to accommodate to my working day .

Empowering, what a mindful and practical approach to time. Creating before consuming makes perfect sense to avoid distractions, habits and everyday tasks the steal your creative mental energy and the physical energy needed to execute. This episode really challenged me to think about the way I organize my day (and in turn, life). Thank you for the valuable content.

Hey Jim, thank you! So far, after my morning routine, I aim to go into work and work on the hardest projects in the office in the morning. In reality, I go to the office, everyone wants something from me, I do some urgent tasks, I answer some mails, I go into meetings, by afternoon I am tired already, learning seems to not fit here, in the evening will do a sports activity and then all I want is to crash. I don't control my day as I wish. My plan is to start my day with exercise, then 1h of learning, then work, evening relax and meditation. This episode made me thinking how can I reshuffle my day to use my brain and time to the max... Have a great one!

Thank you 🙏🏽. I’m entering a new and exciting phase of my life, resigning my 9-9 job and stepping back to write and research, but also pursue some entrepreneurial endeavors. I realized after 15 years in a corporate setting you forget how to use your time optimally as you’re always on someone else’s schedule and deadline. I’m not a writer or entrepreneur so this is a new frontier for me and I find myself with loads of ideas and skeleton plans but a bit stuck mentally. I’m excited to get unstuck but know I need some help and guidance starting with simple approaches like this one. I appreciate this!!!

The content you share is always super relevant, and resonate perfectly with the reality of so many people out there. First, thank you Jim for being my brain coach! Your insights and techniques aren't just actionable but enjoyable. I truly enjoyed this episode because it broke my day in a way that I didn't articulate before. I'm more creative in the morning and my focus to create starts to wane by mid-afternoon. The past year I started getting into audiobooks (prior to that I was a TOTAL physical book snob). I find listening to audiobooks and podcasts work better for me in the afternoon. And around 4-5pm, I'm starting to wind down for the day. Create, consume and clear pretty much sums up how I spend my day. Thank you!

Interesting times! Having a financial analyst for investing is brilliant! In a nutshell, I've amassed approximately 6 figures with the assistance of my analyst Joseph Sullivan Anderson from an initial 4 figure investment thus far. Prior to consulting with an analyst, I was having an investing nightmare during the recession.

A successful trade takes expertise and knowledge. Professionally, it is preferable to trade with experienced brokers/analysts who can help you improve your earnings while teaching you the trade, which is why I started with Joseph Sullivan Anderson.

Inflation is gradually becoming a part of our lives, and as a result, any money you keep in cash or in a low-interest account loses value each year. Unless you have an exceptionally high income, investing is the only way for most people to ever have enough money to retire.
