Wheelchair ramps at Victoria Quarter, Leeds

Victoria Quarter posh shopping centre has one ramp for all its shops. So whenever a wheelchair user wants to enter or leave a shop, staff have to summon security (who may be busy elsewhere) to bring this huge over-engineered ramp to the shop. They then take it away again whilst you're inside, so you're trapped until you can get them to turn up again to let you out. The whole process takes minutes for something that takes non-wheelchair-users a few seconds, and is excruciating.
