- Another video brought to you by TR Glass and Mirror and Timeless Reflections. This video goes over etching a triple laminated glass panel. I also show how much easier it is to weed you vinyl while it is on the glass vs prior to application. While we are known best for our Antique Mirror glass we also do a wide variety of other service such as glass etching.
First, I in no way am affiliated with the makers of this video. I just thought I'd give some information from what I see. I too to glass etching/engraving. Without knowing the exact brand used in the video, it is a "vacuum blaster". Harbor freight does carry one. From the looks of it, I would guess the grit is 180. It'd be impossible to tell what actual medium he was using though. For laminate glass I can't believe he'd go higher than thirty or forty psi. Nicely done, btw.
brilliant. I'm going to try to do this on plastic.. weeding it after application. thanks!!
Yes. what size grit and what pressure are you shooting at? Is that a harbor freight unit? thanks from 456-SIGN LasVegas
How did you get the paper on the glass? The cutting was done by a machine... right? It's not done after applying the adhesive paper on the glass. Right?

pleas tell me what is this machine?
where do you find the vinyl
+Mo nesmith You can draw your template and order it in advertising agentsiya.Posle glue it to the glass and then following the video.
What kind of blaster is that?
+Nick Rose With sand.
q maquina utiliza?
Nice effect, but very two dimensional. Sand blasting the entire piece at one time doesn't allow for a more artistic (expensive looking too) effect.
