You do the most interesting things! I can see that the machine would be handy for processing small batches instead of using the regular oven. The summers here are very dry and hot, so not heating up the house is a good thing! Be blessed girls!

It’s great to have. You can always buy fresh herbs at the farmers market or some grocery stores too.
The oil you make is an infused oil. To make an essential oil takes distillation .
