【客家豆腐卜】婆婆的家乡料理 | Stuffed tofu pok

- 哈喽！婆婆又来咯~今天婆婆要和大家分享一道常见的客家料理但经过婆婆改良的--咸鱼酿豆腐卜！
这次婆婆的酿豆腐卜与平时以鱼浆作为馅料的方式不同，而是在这之上再添加了咸鱼！加了咸鱼的豆腐卜不仅提升了整体的鲜味，咸味也带出了其中的甜味，让豆腐卜的味道更为丰富！而且有别于传统豆腐卜，是依靠吸附汤汁，咬下去汁水溢出，这次改良版的豆腐卜，口感上是酥脆且味道也更有层次感！
材料 Ingredients：
-200克的鮫魚 200g of mackerel fish
-200克的豬肉碎 200g of minced pork
-适量的青葱 100g of leek
-两小块的咸鱼 two pieces of salted fish
-适量的豆腐卜 some tofu puffs
婆婆，你好，你煮这道菜，让我想起我亲爱的母亲，母親也是把魚骨煎來煮湯，每次回家乡母亲煮道菜是我超喜欢，祝婆婆身休健康，婆婆爱妳。😘

I love watching your videos. My family's favourite. Popo knows how to tell the story about 'yoon kaima' or not? Mother sends her 2 young daughters to bring food to their "chia poh' but met with a yoon kaima. My grandson love to listen to this story but i am already out of practice and may have missed out certain parts of the story. Hope Popo can help me to remember the story. The other one is a ryhm starting with... nyat kong va va, tau sui kiun chuma....chuma em men thai....khai hee Loontoon mai...mai tau khit to chen...mai tau thiaw pat chen.... the remaining i not so sure. Sorry some of my pronouciation may differs from yours coz I am brought up in Sarawak and my hakka dialect sounds abit rojak. Wishing all of you happy days with your youtubing.
