    I don't ever buy tofu, but I did for a recipe. Never knew about pressing. I think I will use the weight of my cast iron skillet to press it.

      They need the liquid to keep from drying out

    I don't have a tofu press, but what I do have is a flower press that I have never used, I'll get hubby to cut some vents in the base, that should work? Maybe? Lol I'll try! Thanks for a very informative video ☺️

      You’re very welcome! I tend to like extra firm tofu and in particular Trader Joe’s brand if you have one nearby.
