Austin Attempts Unpartitioned Murph 2024

My first attempt at an unpartitioned Murph.
1 mile Run
100 pullups
200 pushups
300 squats
1 mile run
In that order!
Absolutely exhausted by the end of this one. Wanted to finish sub 1 hour but ended up finishing in just over 43 minutes. Next year we add the vest!
