    I found once I started Estrodial and Spironolactone, I get winded quickly and can do only short bursts of physical activity. It's kicking my butt, but now at 7 months, I'm beginning to get some of my energy back.

      Changing Gender I’m going off spironolactone. It’s linked to smaller breast development and has a ton of side affects. I take the IM shots, which alone at a high enough dose can reduce t. It’s actually better to reduce t that way than it is with a t blocker.

      @@dearadrianaadams6214 Interesting. My Dr. always takes the side of safest drugs with the least side effects first approach. My breast development actually increased more after I started Spiro. At 7 months I'm a full "B" and just went bra shopping yesterday because my smaller B cup bras are leaving marks at the end of the day and are getting uncomfortable. Having said that, my sisters and Mom all are larger women in the chest area. I'll have to look into IM shots. Thanks.
