No! Steve Gadd is a class of it's own. He is the master, his groove and feel is outstanding. I really love Senri, but she still has a long way to go in order to achieve, what Steve is doing. It's not even fair to compare.
I really like this kid she's a phenom. She's a lot older now but her playing always seems anxious and hurried. If she only knew how to lay back a little it would make her playing even better than it already is.

It might be some kind of unofficial support by Yamaha for her but I'm not sure about this. Her instructor's set has 2 bass drums, and you can see it on her cover of The Sun and The Melody - part 2.

But, in this particular case, I cannot agree: Steve Gad's skills as a man drummer: balans, craft, groove, etc. are beyond this phenomenal girl trage, humanly speaking. No shame about that, but she can never reach his qualities, or, let's say, those of John Bonham. She remains anyway sensational good, and we wish her all the best!

2:40からのフレーズはスティーブガッドならではのダイナミクスがポイントのパターンですよね(^^)自分もかつて真似してやってみた事ありましたが、気持ちだけ先走って千里ちゃんのようにスマートな音は出せませんでした(^^)
