- Try these simple and delicious chocolate chip peanut butter muffins at home if you have peanut butter in your pantry! It’ll be a great easy snack for you and your family to boost energy for the day☀️
📌 Ingredients to make chocolate chip peanut butter muffins
for 18 muffins
• All-purpose flour: 250 g | 8.8 oz (2 US cups)
• Granulated sugar: 200 g | 7 oz (1 US cup)
• Baking powder: 2 tsp
• Baking soda: 1 tsp
• Salt: 1/2 tsp
• Peanut butter: 256 g | 9 oz (1 US cup)
• Oil: 115 g | 4 oz (1/2 US cup)
• Egg: 2 eggs (100 g | 3.5 oz)
• Honey: 40 g | 1.4 oz (2 Tbsp)
• Milk: 360 g | 12.7 oz (1 1/2 US cups)
• Chocolate chips: 170 g | 6 oz (1 US cup) * Set aside 3 Tbsp for topping
• Salted roasted peanuts (diced): Some (Optional)
• Sea salt: Some sprinkles (Optional)
Bake at 355 F | 180 C for about 20 minutes until it bounces back gently when you touch it.
Adjust the time and temperature accordingly, depending on the oven, the size and amount, etc.
** For best results, measure ingredients with a scale. All recipes are designed with weighed ingredients using grams/ounces. Cup measurements are provided for your convenience. **

• All-purpose flour: 125 g | 4.4 oz (1 US cup)
• Granulated sugar: 100 g | 3.5 oz (1/2 US cup)
• Baking powder: 1 tsp
• Baking soda: 1/2 tsp
• Salt: 1/4 tsp
• Peanut butter: 128 g | 4.5 oz (1/2 US cup)
• Oil: 57 g | 2 oz (1/4 US cup)
• Egg: 1 egg (50 g | 1.75 oz)
• Honey: 20 g | 0.7 oz (1 Tbsp)
• Milk: 180 g | 6.3 oz (3/4 US cup)
• Chocolate chips: 85 g | 3 oz (1/2 US cup) * Set aside 1.5 Tbsp for topping
• Salted roasted peanuts (diced): Some (Optional)
• Sea salt: Some sprinkles (Optional)

I also wondering if you and Ray would be exploring Hokkaido cream bread - it has multi-layer like puff pastry but not puff up. Layer and layer of bread sheets bun easily found in Japan. I just fall in love with it. Costco starts to carry it lately but I want to learn.

Hi, thanks for the recipe. I tried it and they turned out super soft and yummy. I reduced sugar to 40g (instead of 100g) and it was just the perfect amount of sweetness, so you can count them as healthy snack. 😁👏🏼

Good question! I can only guess but I think it could take a lot longer time depending on how big that is. I’m afraid if the texture gets denser with the weight. I’m curious if it works though!
