Another question I would ask that I did to get my role: “Are your BDR’s/AE’s hitting quota?” Their answer let’s you know if they are setting their sales team up for success or not. Also ask “I want to hit the ground running from Day 1. What skills do you want me to focus on improving in my first 30-90 days?” Shows that you aren’t satisfied with just getting the position, you want to grow and thrive in the role.
It really is the smaller channels that give you the exact material you’re looking for. Been thinking of a career shift and came across Course Careers a while back. Looks like Tech Sales might be for me all along. Just watched your entire playlist. Let’s get it!
