Great video guys!👍 Discussing & demonstrating proper fishing etiquette, landing great fish, being friendly & trading fish, awesome! I was getting hungry thinking about how good those catches were gonna look & taste too! 😄
Me, my wife, and daughter love watching your videos! We’ve literally learned everything from you over the years. My wife also thinks you and Erin are adorable. She wants us to start our own TH-cam someday haha! From one person who didn’t have a close relationship with his parents, it makes me very happy that you fish with your dad and have your mom tag along. You are very blessed man. And these videos are a blessing to me and my family. Tight lines from Houston Texas!
Watched this video with my mom. Her exact comment was “if they have net for mullet why they don’t just catch 50 of those and fry them up?” Asian mom logic. Great to see you all out in such a beautiful day!!
I, as a Japanese, think same!! I fish anchovies with sabiki, not for bait, for my dinner….. I usually use small smelt for bait instead.( Yes, I’m living in California, no mullets…)
The tips on this channel really upped my game. Plus, I meet other subscribers when im out and made some friends from it. Your channel really brings people together.
I really enjoy your videos because you include so much information on the how to and what not to do. I'm located in Daytona Beach Florida and I have fished the flats, the bridges, the Halifax river and the beach. Also I have been out to the many reef's and a few deep sea adventures on the Head boats. I respect that you are like many people the way you treat wildlife and the cleaning up of the spots you visit. I'd like to see you do more boat fishing if possible out on the reefs and possibly do some diving. Please stay safe and healthy and keep your Dad busy fishing with you 👍👍.
Thank you for the video. Started watching your videos back in February to learn about surf fishing and you taught me a lot. Keep on keeping on my guy 🤞🏽
I just wanna say thank for all your videos. I truly learned how to fish by watching yalls videos. I live in Hawaii and been diving most my life and learned to pole fish from yalls. I really like using you guys redish, orange float beads. They really attract fish. I love the Top and Bottom Rig with the Tee Knot. Its been a go too. I also pre make my rigs at work during the week lol FA'AFETAI TELE LAVA (THANK YOU VERY MUCH) in Samoan
Hello I hope you have a great day I love to fish so far I certainly haven’t been fishing as long as you I’m 14 and I’ve been fishing since I was 10 so far my PB is 31 inch northern pike I live in MN I really really want to try ocean fishing I did it once off of Florida and caught a black nose about as long as my arm keep making fishing videos I love em bye ✌️😁
oh man, really enjoyed this video. looks like you guys had a great time. I brought back memories of when my family would fish at the pier when i was younger. Great memories. Thanks for sharing!
Great videos you guys😇😇 you two are such a cute couple and it's nice to see people get along and have so much in common. Now when you guys catch the bait fish, after putting them in the bucket... Lady the net over it so they don't keep jumping out
Don't know if that's Erin sister, on the camera, but she does an outstanding job on the video. Loved how she gave us all a great look, on how sand fleas barrel it self back into the sand.
OMG, I love fish especially salt water fish, I buy those frozen ones but I bet you, the one you Cath taste way better. Nice to see you again, . stay safe
Hey skipper my respect to you sir. I just bump across your channel and I love the way you do your thing i do a little fishing myself but catch little or nothing i well try some of your ideas blessings to you and your family big up dad peace ✌️ and ❤
Great video guys. Nothing better than when the bite stays on for a full ride. I enjoy your uploads!! Keep them coming!! Blessings from Massachusetts. Loved your Cape Cod Canal videos. I am 50 milesWest off the cape in a city called Fall River. Whe fish in the Taunton River , it provides us with scup, stripers, blues, blackfish, few but some speckled trout, summer and winter flounder. Just not as exciting as the Canal, but we sure are grateful for the Taunton!!
Belle vidéo, bel prise de vue, bel endroit pour la pêche!Il y a longtemps que je n'ai pas vue ça!Sa me rappel des souvenirs de mon enfance de mon île natal du coté de l’Afrique ! It's perfect guy
Excelente Vídeo. Aqui no Brasil, especialmente no Rio de Janeiro, não temos muitos piers. Mas a forma de pescar vale para outros lugares com estrutura. Congratulações!
I heard some canto being spoken haha..you said the fish was nervous. I'm another abc watching your fishing channel. It's a great channel. Keep up the great work. All the best!
This video was absolutely insane Lots of fish, i wish The California coast was thay busy!!! Ive follow all your steps and all i get is Mac attacks lol Nothing wrong with that. Aloha 🤙🏽
I caught a few yumbo speckled trout last July down at the peir. Hope they fix it asap...lol I miss fishing off the end of it. And FYI scour the fencing at low tide for lures and rigs snagged 😉
Next time try a jighead it should do great on the wide open bite. Its a direct connection to the bait and you'll feel everything that happens right away. With the bottom rig there's slack and you may not feel the bite right away. You guys still did GREAT!!!!
I saw a pack of long shank hooks that you put aside, you should of used them to prevent some cut offs.We use them for toothy fish and they work really good especially on the mackrell.
Hi guys! I love the fact that you fish as a family 😊. It looks like you’re all fishing somewhere in Florida under that pier that’s under construction.where is that pier? Thanks for stopping in the middle of catching fish to show us how to tie a Carolina Rig . Your Dad is the best!!!!😊 ps. Love the fact that Arron take‘s the time to video the things around like birds , sunrise, sunset, other folks while still capturing all that your doing . Great Job. Keep up the good work!!!!!
you guys should try an hand line some big fish with big hooks paracord and a heavy mono line leader. Just not for sharks, for a hundred pound fish. havnt seen this yet
Great video as always!! Talking about a small world, i live in AB just north of jax beach and i seen you and your girl walking on a side walk in St Augustine this past weekend. Tried to stop the car but to much traffic haha. Keep the videos coming!!
So jealous you guys have sp basnett species to target. I live in northern Alberta Canada, coming from bass fishing in the east, I was excited for pike, but they rarely fight as hard. They hit hard, thrash a few times and mostly turn sideways. The gulf is high on my bucket list!
Hey skipper! This is the first time I'm leaving a comment. I first want to say how much I enjoy your videos and the fact that you come out with them regularly. Can I ask you how big was that neck where did you get it and how much did it cost? Also remind me what part of Florida this is again? I'm just starting this video so I don't know if you mentioned
Hey Skipper!!! Planning a trip to Orange Beach, AL soon. Could you PLEASE tell me some advice on rod length and bait for either pier or surf fishing?? My daughter, 6, is really starting to love the outdoors especially fishing!!! Any help would be greatly appreciated! We both LOVE your videos!!
I live in TX so saltwater fishing is something I don't get to do often but I sure do enjoy watching yall and learning the tips and tricks. I think you've done videos before but could you explain the differences between freshwater reels and rods versus saltwater? I'm not too sure what to buy if I wanted to saltwater fish 1-2x a year I use my freshwater gear and it gets rusted and eaten up by the salt
I really wish you’d show how you’re rigging the mullet. Otherwise, one of the things I really love about the channel is that we can always here the surf and not some bs music.
I'm from Scotland and maybe the same but the mullet are only here in the summer time shoul of like 50 at a time but here in Scotland under a peir if u can find one because they have been all done up and are concrete peirs now but my whole point is when younger and we could get under a peir they nibble on bread 🍞 and for the size of them shouls the hooks we had to use were really and aye mean really small because any bigger hook would rip through their mouths they have soft mouths so over here anyway really big big mullet but got to be very small hook wondering is it same over the pond I'm assuming so but think use all use nets over there but not that simple hear cos as aye say peirs have awe been done up no more old fun running round under a wooden peir loved those days dam ok cheers n have a good one.

Watched this video with my mom. Her exact comment was “if they have net for mullet why they don’t just catch 50 of those and fry them up?”
Asian mom logic.
Great to see you all out in such a beautiful day!!
This is EXACTLY what my mom said
Omg hahaha. Exactly what I tell my hubby each time we catch a small fish. He’ll tell me we don’t eat that here. The 100% asian in me says otherwise!
Can confirm these comments, my Filipina mom wants to keep every fish no matter how tiny it is.
Filipina grandma and we'll all my family say the same thing
I, as a Japanese, think same!!
I fish anchovies with sabiki, not for bait, for my dinner….. I usually use small smelt for bait instead.( Yes, I’m living in California, no mullets…)
I love this time of year when the mullet run begins!!!!!!

I spent about half an hour looking for a new Hey Skipper video! Great video as always!

I'm here for the relaxing beach. 😌
Great advice about fishing in a crowd. This is especially important at piers too.
The amount of mullet you’re pulling with that net is crazy. In Long Island we’re lucky to get one or two fish every other throw
thanks for your video. a lot of positive vibes!!!
