I went through a moment where i felt God's love and acceptance of who i am while at a very low point. I felt moved and i want to pursue my faith and find a way to be out to my family. I think that even if my family and church community might reject me for my sexuality i think God will still love me.

I grew up in a religious environment which was very bad for me, but I honestly believe it's all about the people around you, not the religion itself or even god itself. And even if there are people in your religious community who are abusive towards you, there can be other people in the community who welcome you and support you. I understand atheism especially as a reaction to being excluded from a religious community or never being able to show yourself fully in that context, but it is redundant to call people stupid or victimized for having faith and deciding to keep on attending service, to keep on believing and to keep holding onto the community. Religion is a part of your culture and when you've been brought up in the environment, it is a part of you. And it can be immensely healing being able to finally find acceptance in the community or being able to find out for yourself that god is not hateful, but that the people who brought you up to believe that god will never accept you, are. Even if you think you are or were the only gay or trans person in that environment, it is not the truth and you can find solidarity in religion.

EVERY Religion you must check it: What is true ? And what is made by people, to manipulate the people ?
So that the believers are manipulated by people.
You must check: Why do people this ? - to people ie believers ?
Why = what are their goals and profit ?
At the God: Every human is equal.
So I think, for God it doesn´t matter, what orientation you are ie gay, trans, etc.
For him, you can be what you want to be.
Only one rule: You don´t hurt anybody with this.

It was in many cases used as a slur, but in recent years, it has been reclaimed as an umbrella term that means you are simply part of the LBGT+ community. Not everyone likes using the word, but it helps questioning people a lot when they are just figuring out their sexuality.

Someday its gonna be something you'll be so proud of. The lgbt+ community is so beautiful. It was hard for me to accept myself too. I kept telling myself that being attracted to men and women was one thing, it wasnt a big deal because i would be able to force myself to marry a man and hide my sexuality forever. But then i asked myself, why would i have to force myself to be with a man if I'm attracted to both men and women? I realized then that i had never actually liked a man or was sexually attracted to a man. It was a different story with women. I kept my new discovery a secret for a long time until one day i just stopped caring about what other people would think, what my religious family and friends would think. I wasnt scared of what God would think. I always knew that God loves everyone regardless of who they love. And i never believed that God said being gay was a sin. Why would he make us this way, and then say it's wrong? It took me a long time to accept myself, but now i do, and I'm happy. I even came out of the closet and will be attending my first Pride Parade this year. My room is even now covered in rainbows.

How we "feel" does not determine our gender, our God given "biological genitals" tells us. Why do you want to get married?? If you are a believer especially a Christian, then God tells us in the beginning when God established marriage and the purposes of it. If God established it then He established what works. Roman's 1 explains to us the confusion and distortion of our thinking.
