'13 jswtdi same, timing off 15-20 degrees, rolled crank7 times no interference, online mech said just put cam to crank timing(TDC no belt) but cam won't move any more than 5-10 degrees then stops solid. WTF now, any info from your point of view? Thanks
@@YoungWRX yeah what’s between them ain’t nothing and I don’t care for the tensioner. I have 3 golf’s that I’ve got because of timing belt failure. Bottom end is tough and 2 out of 3 I managed to only replace a few valves , cam,and tappets. Anyway good luck.
Sorry to hear about this bro. Hopefully it pulls through
Also alternator clutch failed taking tensioner/ serp belt out.
Bluetooth microphone will help your video quality a lot.
I’ll have to look into one

Can’t blame design on maintenance 😂
😂. Didn’t realize the tensioner was going to seize up on me. Still a bad design.

Same thing happened to me. Needed new head. 6k later she's back on the road smh
Cp4 took a shit on mine
That motor is an interference motor, sorry to say. The timing belt needs to be replaced every 100-125k.
Yeah I know the timing belt is fine the accessorie belt broke and got into the timing belt
You look high in the video...
That’s just how I look lmao
