Hmm, cool to hear that different soil types each have their benefits.. also good to know how long your grow period is. We're growing a couple plants in MN, but when we're looking to buy some in-store, maybe we'll lean towards your product. I'm curious why you both call it "Horsh-radish" and not "Horse-radish"? Just habit, or is that the correct pronunciation?
