A lot of people think they are hungry when they are actually just thirsty.
Well I thought this way as well till I started to put on weight from only having one proper meal a day.
My blood pressure was 150 but I didn t worry.
Then I have seen this 38 y old lady at the gym.
She has been trying to lose weight for years. She did but she wanted to look like the young girls around her.
And one day we have seen her looking like a model.
I never talked to her before but I had to tell her that she looked amazing and I asked her if she was on a special diet. I was right.
She went to a personal trainer to ask for help.
I myself look fine as everyone says but my weight was nearly 78 kg and I was working out every day except weekends.
So I went to the same personal trainer. He actually trains body builders.
I told him I don t like protein shakes.
He asked me what I usually eat and the food I can t live without and he made a meal plan for me.
It is based on calories count and higher protein but I still have a bit of rice and some berries in my healthy smoothie with barley flakes, chia seeds, raisings.
Two little squares of dark chocolate, cacao drinks throughout the day.
I eat 6 small meals a day.
I eat better and more than before.
After two weeks and two days my blood pressure was down to 120 from 150.
So far I lost 2 kg in 3 weeks.
Another ten kg to go.

If Food is a choice for you, then what about the choice of that innocent pain feeling emotional being who was killed? Did that animal have a "choice" to live?
But then we need to eat in the eating window only to ensure we have dinner by 7. If we are not hungry by then? We'll never be able to faat for 16 hours
