When you lube, are you lubing the bottom of the spring? I'm hearing some ping in both the stock and the lubed... It might be slight mic distortion? I'm unsure... It definitely sounds like you cleaned up some of the scratchiness with the lube job. Thanks for the input for sure!
thanks for the feedback! So when I listen back to the video on youtube, there's audio artifacting that definitely does sound very simliar to spring ping/squeal. I don't know why those sound artifacts are being genereated because when i play back the rendered video on my PC, it sounds fine. I checked loudness levels and stuff; I think maybe it's youtube's compression :/

Haha! I think it’s kind of for the satisfaction of knowing your keyboard has a certain aesthetic if that makes sense? Definitely more important to some than others, but different strokes for different folks?
