Bro I am beyond happy that other people hate hp printers. Just spent 45 minutes trying to print from my laptop, didn’t work. Tried from my phone, bingo. So many problems with no reason to why it’s not working.
Our company has used HP computers and printers for years. Because of HP's predatory and unethical business practices with respect to its printers, we've gotten rid of all HP printers, and we are transitioning to other brands. I have an HP 10B business calculator that has worked wonderfully since the early 1990s. It still works beautifully. How sad to see a once respectable organization like HP decide to take a nose dive into the corporate sewer.
Also the reason why i threw my deskjet 3635 and got an epson. Very reliable, cheap liquid ink with no cartridges and actually works unlike my old hp printer
I've got to get one of those liquid printers. They would be cheaper to feed cuz you can get the ink off Amazon for pennies on the dollar. In cartridges are simply too proprietary
Our family bought an HP all in one desktop. One day it refused to turn on. Apparently some silly capacitor inside had blown and this was a well known problem. HP hid their service center contact in some silly place in my country and finding their address and contact was like an investigation by itself. The customer service operator would just keep rerouting you in an endless loop without offering you a solution to resolve your issue. Absolutely frustrating. HP used to be good and reliable when i was younger. Now they've dropped so much in their standards.
I have to sign in to be able to scan. HP refused to accept my business email so i had to make a new one. Then HP decided to not send the verification email. Had to talk to someone on their uselss chat thing. Took me an hour to scan a single piece of paper. Never buy a HP printer.
All HP products suck. HP does not care about building quality, they only care about making enough money to pay the CEO a 12 million dollar salary. Technical support just admitted there is no USA based background check performed on employees. It’s no wonder the first two tech reps I spoke with, wanted access to my computer before troubleshooting. Buying HP is a waste of money
hp is totally unaffordable and ruined all my works.Even on the first purchase, their products were COMPLETELY unusable.Even their white printing sheets are of very poor quality and are the only ones that jam EVERY time
I had an HP All in One 3380 and while it was not the best printer, it did it's job for a little while. It lasted me about 4 years, until the computer could not discover it through Wifi anymore. But, the one thing that pisses me off about HP printers is their useless Instant Ink program. Some months, I do not print out all, while others, I will print just about everyday and their .99 cent plan was just never enough for those months of heavy usage, and paying .10 per copy after you go over was annoying. Toward the end of me owning an HP printer, I canceled my Instant Ink subscription, which disabled my brand new ink cartridges, telling me they had to be replaced. What a waste of money and time. I will forever love my Epson I replaced it with.
They’re absolute garbage. Not only have I had nothing but problems with them but at least 6 people I know. They will work fine for maybe 30 days then for no explainable reason completely refuse to work. Do not waste your money on an HP printer.
I had a hp inkjet printer similar to yours too. Absolutely frustrating! 😂 I feel your pain. Once i needed to print documents in a hurry to study and that stupid printer of mine would just keep initializing. My printer was a serial procrastinator. Unreliable stuff.
I have two HP printers, a. 1010 series and a 1510 series, I used to have an Epson, ugh! I renovate old photographs! The Epson used to " band" colours,never again! I also get my HP cartridges refilled by a local company! A guy I know rigged up his HP via plastic tubes to bottles of colours, it refills as he works! Food for thought perhaps??
I’m starting to think you’re correct. Although I owned a Kodak printer in the early 200’s that lasted me almost 8 years. Everything is made like garbage today.
Dude my hp printer sucks and I swear I would literally wack it on hp service . Paper jets jammed again and again and it's horrible , even though this happens just because I wanted to print both side of the paper . It's nothing wrong in saving paper but this mf hp printer is a garbage . I can't print anything . Like you feel me . I'm angry and so many hours I held in rued thanks to this .
I made the mistake of getting a M139we... come to find out it will only print if you have internet and a HP account. It's still sitting in my closet. I had printed out 2 pages that both told me.. the pages have been exhausted this one was for setup' and wouldn't print after. I called HP and yep, it won't print unless you are online with a HP account. I have tried selling it twice on craigslist and no one wants it because it is internet dependent. You can't print from an offline PC.... HP is a POS and I will NEVER buy anything HP again.
I dont know why people hate hp so much in my aspect its pretty good but some of their printer are trash I had a printer which was left sitting the desk for years but after a head clean it started working again but almost all hp printers have a bad paper system sometimes the paper goes in but other times it dosent. Also people are saying they cant get their printer to print but I have 4 hp printers and all of them worked flawlessly except the oldest one
there is some serious issue with all hp products.... i had a laptop.... it's hinges broken and it never worked properly.... i had bad experience with their printer... still i have...
I only came here because my HP printer could not work. even the geek squad couldn't fix the problem. I will never buy a HP printer again. and by the way, one said you can use USB cable, that turn out to be a lie because you have to have Wi Fi. and with Wi Fi the HP still does not work.
Are you running windows ten? Try printing from an android or Apple device. If it then works then you could be suffering from a known problem with windows not h.p.

You need to use it with an Ethernet cable

My mom has to pretty much pay just to use HER OWN HP printer.
She has to pay.
