There is one outfit in season one when Daphne is like "No, I won't wear the blue dress. I'll wear *THE* silver dress" because her and Simon had called it quits with their scheme and that silver (more like white to me) was absolutely BEAUTIFUL! Super sparkly and her hair was so pretty! I remember it she was also carrying a feathery hand fan. Her entire outfit that ball was just what Daphne hoped, jaw dropping and eye grabbing. I loved it! I was so surprised not to see it here but you guys had good picks. Simone Ashley also just looks stunning in everything and anything she wears so I can't argue with the top choice.
The way Kate’s orange dress was so eye catching & such a character moment, so iconic to me! I love every single costume in this show, sometimes even the Featheringtons too hehe! ☺️💖🤘🧡

Not enough attention is given to how sharp the men's attire is this season. 😍 I definitely agree with number 1! It was my favorite and the glittering deep green dress she wore to the Sheffield dinner was my second favorite.
My faves are Kate's orange ball gown (she looks like a princess with that tiara on her head) and her purple dress at the end of 2x08. She looks so gorgeous and carefree with her hair down. It's the perfect illustration of her evolution as a character. Also, I love the Indian feel of the Sharma family's outfits.
That gorgeous teal velvet dress Kate wore when Anthony passed her by before having tea with the queen (when she was so nervous and her hands shaking that she almost dropped cup).
I think Portia should have had some more mentions. Her gowns are beautifully cut, they compliment her perfectly. And Lady Danbury whenever she's in purple always captures my eye, purple is definitely her colour. And I thought the best wig Queen Charlotte had was the one in season two finale's ball, the rose effect was just superb.
Fun theory: Lilac symbolizes first love (daphne said it), thats why Kate's clothes in season 2 is mostly purple and there are times where lilacs are focused where Kate is. She is Anthony's first and last love💜

Anthony used dark and heavy colors because of his more serious character in season 2 than in season 1. And in some scenes, you can see similar colors of clothing. The two are like mirrors to each other, and the feel of style is probably like a couple's clothes. Let's give a round of applause for the producer's details.

And, lest you’ve forgotten about Lady Bridgerton? She set the tone for class, elegance and approachability. The Queen, yikes. I didn’t mind the fabrics but, her dresses were set in the wrong period. And, I’ve heard the rumor it was in order for King George to better recognize her. Push posh, she acted wildly happy should he die. Which is strange, because she would have then become a ‘dowager Queen’ and her don would have taken over. Just my thoughts. 😀👍🏻😉
Daphne was one of the most annoying characters I'd ever come across. I nearly didn't make it through S1 because I just couldn't bear her insipidness. For me, the Queen's dresses and wigs are just stunning. Especially the grey wigs. She's great.
There is a huge difference between vanity and a healthy self regard! Being overly sensitive about your looks is self criticism, not vanity. Practice just thinking about others and how to make them feel comfortable and confident, you will forget worrying about yourself. It's just creating a habit you don't have to think about!
