Cyanocobalamin synthetic has cyanide and aluminum as preservative, usa only place that still manufactures as its the cheapest to make .
Body has to convert cyanocobalamin into the active form which is Methylcobalamin. This processing the body reduces the effectiveness, or what is left after the body converts is 20% potency. If you have the MTHFR gene, you may not be able to take Methylcobalamin and instead have to take hydroxocoblalamin or adenosylcobalamin

Yes you can take this injection. 180 is far too low, ideal leves are 300 or between 300 to 500 is good and adequate , although the range is upto 900 but 300 to 500 is adequate and good for your health.....

Have the doctors do it. In the arm is standard. For me, Think it was every 2 weeks to get a shot. 3 total. So, there are 3 massive injections from being anemic for a long time, but thats my case.. Just call a medical facility for questions, not the internet, if you want to be 100% safe.
