Much appreciated. Rreally refreshing to see people experimenting intelligently with new creative techniques. The results being really impressive. The extremeness of the gating sounds fresh. Real drums, but hitting hard like processed sampled drum sound. So it will fit right at home in a modern production.
Ich feiere einfach dein Denglisch Moses 🤘. Du bist für mich die deutsche Version von Sylvia Massy.. Nutze seit je her immer die Wurst bei Drum Recordings.
If anybody can help me, I'd love to hear your thoughts: When talking about the SnareO, he says "two condenser omni mics", but the NT5 is purely a cardiod mic, no?
@@jesperjacobsen2463 I thought the same thing and I was looking around for some Omni SDC’s and that’s how I found out that the NT5 can be purchased in Omni.
Great sound! But I saw the real secret, that you didn't mention; the wallet on the snare. How much money do you have to keep in the wallet to get that sound? 😉😅

His original SOS video was such an inspiration for me - and it's just so cool how he continues to evolve. Top producer.
I love you Moses Schneider

Excellent, fantastic sound and groove!
Outstanding! Thanks for sharing!
Brilliant. Any tips for recording drums in a room with low ceilings?
You can bring up the room with the elysia nvelope. Even small rooms benefit from it when using it on room mics.

You can get the NT5 with Omni capsules.
@@TheGarageRecordingSC huh, never knew. Thanks.

These tones would be killer on a *MOTORIC* drum beat.
Different spices blended together could also be named „CURRYWURST“ 🎉
Great video! Anyone know what the mic clips they are using for the snario mics?
It's a Rode SD-0002 Vlog Mic Sterio Bar Im pretty sure, but it's made by Rode I know that.
I’m German an the Wurst is quite delicious 🤤

the "new" microphone method is the oldest there is known.. one mic above the kick...
