I really enjoy your videos. You made a comment about how Magnus doesn't play certain openings or styles anymore, and I think that would be an interesting topic for a video. Maybe a timeline of chess, looking at what sort of styles and openings are popular for say a given year or decade. I think it would be quite interesting to see how these things evolve, and what's currently fashionable. Anyway, I only say this in response to you asking for suggestions, I have complete faith in your ability to continue creating fun and interesting content.

I saw GothamChess's post being burned out and thought I would tell my story as an inspiration. When I was in the first grade, my parents got me tested and found out I had extreme learning disabilities. My education experience was a nightmare, to say the least. Teachers constantly told me I would amount to nothing, and I would either end up in prison or a high school dropout. My parents and my faith in God helped me get through it. My parents found a school that specialized in children with learning disabilities. So, there I am in the seventh grade, unable to read or write other than my name and two-letter words. I had teachers constantly tell me I would be nothing in the world after about six months in my new school and after-school programs specializing in teaching children with learning disabilities. Finally, I was able to read for the first time in the middle of the school year. I went from a d and f student to an A and B student. I not only graduated from high school with a 3.7 gpa but also went on to community college and then University. I am now working for my master's and doctorate. I have never let anyone tell me I can not do something. It only fuels me to do it. It might take me longer, but I will get there.
    On a side note
I was in middle school when my uncle taught me how to play chess. I loved the challenge of the game, and it was a lot better than checkers. Unfortunately, I put it down after high school because of how hard I had to fight to get through college and University. But you have reenergized my love for the great game called chess. I have purchased four of your courses and only lack your gambit courses. I just finished my studies in Vienna, and thank you for the great content and for making chess fun.
By my faith in God, God's direction, and my parent's fighting for me has lead me to be able to achieving anything in life.
    Give a like Levy

    VIDEO IDEA:
Required props; lab coat, safety goggles, Bunsen burner, & science beakers for good measure.
Set up a middle game position or some study from a book and leave it on the screen for 3 mins (asking viewers to pause is usually fine, but not for this) while reading off of Wikipedia a detailed explanation of what rocket science is, then it's experiment time, goggles on, show is the moves using science words to describe the position, then answer once and for all "is chess rocket science?"
this could also serve as a pilot episode for levy's new chess science series

When you mentioned Jan Gustafsson I smiled b/c he's the first (and only so far) grandmaster I've ever beaten. We've played twice in 15 min on chess24, and the second time, he made a surprising series of mistakes in a very short span of moves. I didn't realize some of them were mistakes until after the game, but the last of these mistakes I knew was bad right away, and I knew I was winning. After a nice tactical sequence, I had an easily winning endgame (+6 on the engine iirc), and he resigned on move 40 after another tactical line where I was winning his remaining pieces to get king and bishop vs king with three pawns each in a position where I was going to grab another of his pawns and queen shortly after. It felt good 👍

I was visiting the Wijk aan Zee tournament when this game happened. I got to vote together with the rest of the audience on the briliancy price that day and of course I voted for this game. The vast majority of the audience voted likewise, but I remember some people voting for a win by Kramnik (I think) that I don't even remember. Magnus then came on stage to accept the price and if I remember correctly he said that Qa5 by black was too early, although the computer gives the decisive mistake by black a few moves later. Adult Magnus probably played objectively better games, but to me as a mediocre amatuer player, having seen this game live, it is my favorite Magnus game.

Nice work, Levy! I REALLY loved the handling of the opening theory/historical recap you went to the trouble of providing and how it compares to current theory -- I think it's an insight too few commentators can be bothered with (read: lazy to research), but it's an all too real consideration of the players at the time of the contest, and provides great context to what was known versus created at the board. NEW FAN!!!

Great to see a great Magnus game I was unaware of.
For a more recent classical fast crush game, you could show Giri - Carlsen from the Croatia 2019 tournament - complete with a wonderful comment by Anish.

So appreciate how he coordinates, pieces defend and attacks all at the same time. In some ways watching these videos is really inspiring and on the other hand when asked to find the winning move rarely do. But regardless of all that it helps to see chess at the highest level to know how different layers of the game work.

    Video ideas:
Chess Fighting Index (very interesting! Less draws from Teimour! Less draws between Wesley and Hikaru! Show us some brutal chess!)
Classical games between Nepo and Magnus (how can Nepo lead 4-1)
Special video about Botvinnik, participant of 8 world championship matches, father of soviet chess school, teacher of three (!) world champions

Love this kind of educational vibe! I'm 1300 and I feel I can still benefit alot from this kindof slower paced more in depth analysis.
The normal recap style is sometimes too fast for me...
    Great job, very clear explanations.

I'd like to see a quick run through of all the moves at the end of the video just for a visual on how the game played out. meaning just clicking arrow keys through the moves. better visualization

Levy you have a very engaging way of presenting chess. Your delivery is clear and easy to understand, I'm only really getting back into chess and your thought provoking story telling of how chess timelines could have been different if X move was played (Usually the move most obvious to me which I think is decent, until you absolutely educate the sh*t out of why that would not be good XD) makes your videos sometimes feel interactive. I can't speak for everyone but I do look forward to the daily typically circa 30min story time with Gotham. I've not played ranked chess yet but when I do I will defiantly owe my success or failure to you! XD
