I have to admit that I'm quite smitten by the young lady: very pretty, bubbly personality, great smile and laugh. (Of course, she's only 18, so a bit young.). I imagine that most women would think the guy was about average looking(?). He was quite nervous and awkward, probably due to lack of dating experience, but I thought he seemed to be a nice person. I was frankly very surprised when she agreed to meet him again. As she said herself, there didn't seem to be a spark (from him to her - of course, he definitely found her attractive). But I suppose at her very young and tender age, she just wants to get more experience dating men.

I have seen many folks suffering from physical and mental diseases soon after their retirement. The reason is because they are not forcing their body and mind to stay strong, and "young" anymore. It's the concept of use it or lose it, so aging takes over. No matter how old we get, even well into our 90s, it's best to try to stay as active as possible, lift weight, walk, swim, move, anything. Also it is important to keep the mind sharp and be on a nutritious diet.
Going back to you, you still got many youthful years! I got friends whom are older than you, and heck let me tell ya, we do crazy things for their age!
