Ingredients (for 1 Loaf Pan)
1 1/2 to 1 3/4 cups mashed bananas (must be very ripe)
6 tbsp unsalted butter (90g)
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 whole egg
1 tsp (5ml) vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp chocolate chips, optional
1/4 cup toasted walnuts, roughly chopped, optional
1/4 cup sour cream, optional
pinch of cinnamon, optional
