nice one mate it was a relief for sure it all went back together ok and with no leaks, lol the mk2 is booked for the ferry mate I don't trust the clutch on the mk1 as it slips when you give it full beans and don't want to ruin the trip to the ring but will be taking it to the uk shows this year as I got break down cover for the uk , you and your cards no TT is safe 😂😂

Awesome vid mate. I fitted phenolic spacer. I've been having to retorque the bolts a few times so keep a watch out.

Fantastic video Chris, love what you did with the refresh on coolant system, thankfully mine had been done but I am going to be fitting an 82 degree thermostat, Bosch secondary waterpump and another flush of the full system :) can't wait, good work man

Any idea on how to retrieve the bottom thermostat bolt from behind the ac pump backing plate? 😂 Or even better, where to buy a replacment?
