- Construction has now officially started on the new Rivertown precinct at Dreamworld themepark Gold Coast and includes the new $35 Million Dollar Rollercoaster 'Jungle Rush', manufactured by Rollercoaster giant 'Vekoma'!
This is Dreamworld's largest ever investment on a single attraction, due to open late 2024, and the design will include multiple different cycle paths, never seen before in Australia! Jungle Rush will feature the world's first inclined turntable, 12 airtime elements, dedicated show moments, and the ability to run backwards & forwards!
This video includes on-ride POV of a very similar coaster at Dollywood called Big Bear Mountain.

It’s me Adam from movie world the other day 🎉
The Wizard of Oz, The Flash Speed Force and Rivertown, so much to look forward to! Especially now that I’ve moved to the Gold Coast.
Wow Looks like it’s going to be Amazing Thanks for the Update
Nice fountain in the background
Yes, it does look great!
can't wait for it to be finished thanks for the update
Awesome mate, subscribing to your channel now looking forward to more content from you in regards to Dreamworlds new Rivertown.
Cheers
Thank-you! I really appreciate it 🙏
Your aussie world video is the best!
It would be great if you could interview some of the ride mechanics/engineers in the future, to get more insight and footage of what goes on during maintenance.
Hi mate - it's a possibility - it would just mean getting approvals
Yay your amazing ❤love your work
You're not your.
You're = You are
Your = Thing/possession.
"So you're (you are) going to the park to kick your (thing) football."
Thank you Shane and Dreamworld for this amazing update.
I would still love motor coaster to get a cart update, maybe replace the racing motorcycles with an old army/jungle style motorcycles with side carts. Making the ride more comfortable and up to date with Rivertown theming.
Agree - they need a re theme alright!
Awesome video, mate. Just arrived into your neck of the woods yesterday from melbourne. Went down for a feed at the dreamworld night markers and man the hangis their were beautiful👌👌 heading to white water world today, hoping the rain goes away!!
Awesome! I hope you all have a wonderful time!
Looks awesome, very family oriented can’t wait to see it finished ❤
Thanks for the amazing video @Jaggs Journeys :) From what I've seen from various coaster construction update videos from the US and UK, the majority of the work will be to ensure that the foundation is secure and strong enough for the actual coaster. Following this the support footers will take up the next longest period of time. The actual track and theming will go in later during the process. (When watching the rebuild of NEmesis at Alton Towers, the vast majority of the time was for the foundation and footers). Looking forward to seeing how this epic themed land comes together.
Hi Joshua - yes, absolutely! Can't wait to see the progress unfold!
Thanks Shane for the amazing update. Seeing the billibong restaurant in the vid and I remembered the river boat use to dock there. So now I gather it’s no more. And I saw the TOT tube in the background. Is there any update what they are going to do with the buildings and footprint?
Hi! Thanks for watching my videos! There are definitely plans for the TOT building & Billabong, just can't say anything right now - stay tuned for more future updates!
Brother! you’re than with the news! Surely you can do a brother a solid and find out exactly when the flash ride at movieworld is opening up! They said April and now it says 2024!! I’m going in April and i need it open!!
They hold their cards close to their chest, but if it was my pick, I'd say June / July school holidays to align with the new Flash movie! I could be wrong though!
@@JaggsJourneys you’re the best man keep up the vids!
Thank-you - I appreciate it!
