The doomsday area is so bad now nothing was working it looked abandoned they should have fenced it off and just build a new ride or something looking forward to the videos coming soon.

Like you said, fence it off if it's a run-down area, at least people will know something is happening with the area rather than seeing an abandoned looking area. At 7:25 you can see that there are two tracks that will meet up with the turntable aside from the powered track (one each side). From looking at it last week it appears we might leave the station and go straight up to the pivot point. Be interesting to see what the option of 2 connecting tracks means though :/
