I am a weird woman. I enjoy going grocery shopping. It gets me out of the house,no makeup required, and lets me wonder the whole store in peace. I also like grocery shopping. When our first son was born, I went grocery shopping after my husband got home from work. It was my release from being home all day; and it gave my husband time with the baby. Win/win! Now I love looking for deals and sharing the extras with our sons and their families. ❤️❤️
Grocery shopping is one of the only times I'm out of the house as well. I have a child in middle school but am still a homemaker, and I don't get to go places that much. So going to the store feels like a treat because I get to see people who are neither my kid nor husband!
I like going grocery shopping with my husband, it feels like a fun trip! When I go by myself I get anxiety, but I’m working on it! So far I can go to smaller stores to buy few essentials

I am thankful for having hot water everyday to bath in and clean with . and having a dishwasher and having comfortable bed and pillows and socks that keep my feet warm in this cold weather .
You always put a smile on my face! I overslept and had less than an hour to get dinner in the crockpot, and myself dressed and ready for a friend to drive me to the bank. ( I am medically restricted from driving.) I needed to put on a video to calm me down while I worked, and Shannon to the rescue! We made it. ❤
Great job on some really messy spots. Keep it real! Under the sink turned out nice and clean looking. I think everyone's refrigerator has been there at least once. 😉
Great video, Shannon! It was a nice surprise to find this morning. I love how you share your thought process as you work. I had a massive sweet tea spill in our fridge. It didn't ice like your milk but was super sticky. I got the Bounty soaking wet with warm water and laid it across the spill for several minutes. It was much easier to clean up than pouring water over it. We also use Dollar Tree placemats to line the fridge shelves and drawers. It looks cute and I only have to clean the mats instead of taking the whole thing apart. Awesome spice rack fix, too. Can't wait to see how it works for y'all. Hope we see you again soon! ♥

My mom has depression, and between meds and being stubborn she gets things done. She told me once that she can't just lay around, she had kids and a house to run. Work has been cutting hours so she was getting antsy yesterday and cleaned the inside and outside of the fridge

I'd duck tape the entire outside of your fridge bins in a cute patterned tape. This way it will look cute and prevent future cracks. Gorilla glue the existing cracks closed and just tape the entire outside. 😊
When you get a new frig, eventually, I'm with you!...the freezer on the bottom, so much more convenient. After 20 years with the old side-by-side, we went for the French doors. I love it!
We have the spice rack and it has held up very nicely for us. I used the same configuration you chose even with the same double stack of the little bottles. I love that I can turn the labels a bit so they all can be read without having to dig and slide bottles around like I used to in the past.🎉

Sorry if someone already mentioned this but you can buy rubber mats to put under sinks. You cut them to fit and they are grooved, catch spills and are easy to clean. I do like your peel and stick tiles idea too!

I would never even know your refrigerator bins were taped. It really does blend in! We live in a small town, so they don't have many grocery items at our Walmart. Otherwise, I would sign up for that Walmart Plus for sure! Also, we have one of those refrigerators with the freezer on the bottom. And then a little drawer for drinks. I have my spices in smallish baskets (not very tall sides). I've divided them in a way that makes sense to me. I can easily take out the one I need and then put them back cleanly. Has worked well for me. 😊

It's always so satisfying, getting stuff off the silent 'to do' list. I had similar issues with my under sink cupboard. I managed to fit a three tier storage solution on one side, but was left with working around a weird under-sink plumbing issue at the other side. I eventually opted for some big open plastic boxes in that section. You may find that those self stick tiles are stickier than they first appear. I have used some, straight onto concrete, on an outdoor porch, and they've been down for two years without lifting. I suppose it may depend upon the brand and damp/temperature conditions. Mine were from IKEA.
I loved the side by side I had before I moved with a fancy ice dispenser in the door! I hope I have room for a french door top, with freezer bottom drawer for the next one!😍

We make a similar sandwich with french bread we call it " the big sandwich" my mom started it when we were kids and I did it when my kids were at home. I still do it now, especially in the summer when I have garden tomatoes. We heat it in the oven for a few minutes till the cheese melts. And you can put different meats on it in sections if you want in case someone doesn't like something. Or leave off ingredients. So good.m

I am thankful for a big tree we were gifted. I am thankful for progress I have made trying to make space for it. 😂 And I am thankful for coffee because it is delicious. I had a coffee sampler gifted to me and one is them is cinnamon roll and it is delicious with french vanilla creamer. 🤤

Duct tape!! You have the right idea. I had a bin that cracked like that & glue did nothing. Duct tape to the rescue. Been months now & it’s still holding like new.
Take off the top shelf, keep the sliding bottoms on each side. I also get a $1 dish pan and out it under my drains under every sink...helps with water damage in case of a leaj.

As a mom who's daughter drives for Spark (the company that Walmart uses to deliver groceries) I can assure you that the drivers are independent contractors who get paid very little if you don't tip. It's not an employee of walmart, and Walmart gives them the lowest rate possible. They typically have to deliver 3 orders to 3 different homes for about $12 (without tips). Just an FYI
That is correct for the regular deliveries. “In home” deliveries are made by Walmart employees. They wear the uniform and drive a Walmart vehicle. That’s why they can promote the add on service as tip-free. It’s not the same as their free delivery service where they use a 3rd party. I should have been more clear on that. I would hate for 3rd party delivery drivers to get shorted.

I love Walmart plus - joined this year because of age and health issues -Lupus- I don’t have to drive to pick up and it comes right to my door - I spent more than 8 dollars a month in gas for pick up so no brainer for me- plus I earn Walmart cash I can use anytime - my balance is at 22 right now - free money
I put a lazy susan from Walmart with the high sides for beside my stove. It holds all of my oils and sauces. My under-sink is dumb. I bought the clear drawers to put things in and hold things on top. But the width is an inch shy on both sides from being able to open the drawers! I didn't measure mine either. haha
My husband used JB Weld on our fridge door holder and it works awesome....do recommend to repair it outside because of the smell....but a 5.00 fix that works awesome 😂❤
I bought a tray for under the sink. WeatherTech has some nice ones but I found several others on Amazon. Been really happy so far and I can’t recall the price but it is of nice quality.

I suggest taping all the way around the bins so it looks like a design choice and it would reinforce the bin. Especially with the pretty tape.

I keep a metal scraper in my kitchen. It works great on any stuck on food. I even use it on the stovetop and on burnt on food in pots

We also have foot under our sink we took a can of white flex seal spray paint put a couple of coats on and it's amazing it's like rubber spray paint

Fridge - I just found out is is important to leave a few inches between fridge and wall for air circulation, makes fridge last longer.
As a mom who's daughter drives for Spark (the company that Walmart uses to deliver groceries) I can assure you that the drivers are independent contractors who get paid very little if you don't tip. It's not an employee of walmart, and Walmart gives them the lowest rate possible. They typically have to deliver 3 orders to 3 different homes for about $12 (without tips). Just an FYI
That is correct for the regular deliveries. “In home” deliveries are made by Walmart employees. They wear the uniform and drive a Walmart vehicle. That’s why they can promote the add on service as tip-free. It’s not the same as their free delivery service where they use a 3rd party. I should have been more clear on that. I would hate for 3rd party delivery drivers to get shorted.

I love Walmart plus - joined this year because of age and health issues -Lupus- I don’t have to drive to pick up and it comes right to my door - I spent more than 8 dollars a month in gas for pick up so no brainer for me- plus I earn Walmart cash I can use anytime - my balance is at 22 right now - free money
In an area like under the sink, you can staple those tile down just fine.

Weather tech makes mats (with short sides) for under the sink cabinets. They make them to order.
Maybe you can buy new fridge bins and reinforce them when you get them before they break

I put a lazy susan from Walmart with the high sides for beside my stove. It holds all of my oils and sauces. My under-sink is dumb. I bought the clear drawers to put things in and hold things on top. But the width is an inch shy on both sides from being able to open the drawers! I didn't measure mine either. haha
My husband used JB Weld on our fridge door holder and it works awesome....do recommend to repair it outside because of the smell....but a 5.00 fix that works awesome 😂❤

I bought a tray for under the sink. WeatherTech has some nice ones but I found several others on Amazon. Been really happy so far and I can’t recall the price but it is of nice quality.
I don't know why I didn't think about just a tray on the bottom. Great tip!
