- The plaintiff used to be good friends with the defendant. She got a credit card in her name for the defendant, but she claims the defendant spent over the limit. She claims the defendant won’t repay the debt, so she’s suing. The defendant says she paid the plaintiff back for what she owed on the credit cards and doesn’t owe her anything else.

The plaintiff is wearing a wig with no lace, hence why it looks so harsh and the part is super straight and white in the middle, the defendant however, is either wearing a lace wig or a leave out. Both are meant to look super realistic, you can look them up!

hi.. if you dispute cc charge.. some credit card company will give to you a temp credit... while they do the investigations.....if they find in your favor.. the temp credit becomes permanent.. if they dont find in your favor.. they put the charges back.... just because you dispute a charge.. doesn't mean they will find in your favor......so... the plaintiff did tell lie about the charges.. but i believe.. she didnt know.. if the charges were really removed... yes.. be blessed
. Exactly, I am disputing $480 now. They initially credited me but recharged it. This has been going on for months now. So maybe the defendant wasn't lying?

If the plaintiff already had a limit of $500, it sounds like she doesn't have a great credit rating herself. I can see why she would want to help her ex-friend with her credit rating, but it was a bad decision.
It doesn't necessarily mean she has bad credit, either. She seems young, so she probably does not have much of a credit history. Putting someone on her credit was a bad decision, as you stated.
It could mean she's just starting her credit profile 🤦🏾

They're not actually in court.....they are in mediation, that's all these court tv shows are. She's not an active judge in the Judiscial system anymore
A judge doesn't have to hold anyone in contempt if they don't want to. It's a choice that the judge makes. There is no automatic contempt anywhere.
Nevertheless, the defendant admitted that she owed money. That is the only reason why the plaintiff won anything. That's what the judge said to justify her decision. Because none of the records indicate that the defendant actually used the credit card at all. If the defendant wouldn't have admitted to owing money, she probably wouldn't be paying anything.
If this was Judge Mathis, that would be the end of it right there with the other side automatically winning any claim/counterclaim that they might have in full

Body language speaks volumes on both sides of this case. If the credit card company wouldn't give the defendant credit, the plaintiff was stupid to put her on her account. People do dumb things and then use the court system to solve problems that they caused themselves. I just don't have patience with ignorance. Entitlement on the defendant's part is simply stunning too. The plaintiff is dishonest and looks like a fool on national TV. Surely your sins will find you out!!! You can help your friends build their credit by adding them as an authorized user but not giving them a card. The card goes on their credit report and every time you make an on time payment and keep the limit low, it looks like they are doing it.
A person that blames the other person for suing them when they refused to pay has a distorted view of what life is.

In college I was always dealing with girls like the plaintiff. It had nothing to do with credit or anything, but it just seemed like certain girls always had issues with me. Time they both walked into court and I listened for a few seconds, unfortunately, I already knew what it was.
This is why I watch this show. I'm a young retiree (52). After over 30 years of customer service, I'm done. I'm 100% antisocial. I can't put on a happy face for an 8 hour shift to deal with the public, when they are just crazy or whatever. It's a dog eat dog world. People lie, cheat and steal to get ahead. There are predators and prey, the givers and takers, forces of good and evil, etc. You can't trust at least half of the population. So now I watch this show as a reminder of how happy I am living in complete isolation. People are just crazy!!!

Now those could have been provisional credits. Whenever a cardholder files a chargeback the card issuer will provide a provisional credit while they investigate. If it was indeed a fraudulent charge then you keep the money owed, if the charges were legit then that money does get debited again.
She still falsely reported them fraudulent... but is also saying the defendant made those charges and wants money from defendant
