  • I finally tear into the Isuzu engine. Is it worth rebuilding or should I replace it with something that will create tire smoke. Tune in and find out.

    I had a 1976 Chevy Luv, purchased in 1979. Put a 350 / T350 in it in 1980. It was so fun.

Ive had a sbc in my 75 luv for the last 10 years, and it's way for fun than the 80hp it came with. However im going back to isuzu with a hybrid 1.8, efi & a turbo, mated to a 5 speed for 2024.

I like the 620 series Datsun truck you have in your driveway there. Loved the 620 series Datsun/Nissan trucks and especially the 521 series Datsun/Nissan trucks.

      It’s a 1976 Chevy luv, not a Datsun

I quite agree. Keep it stock, no lowering it to the ground, no ugly wagon wheels and thin tires on it either.

What set up is in the 1966 c10. I know you made videos of it but you constantly change it. I have a 66 also and love how low it is. I'm looking for The kit, What bags, what did you modify, is control arms cupped in front, drop spindles and how high it raises. Please reach out when you get the chance. Thank you.

It’s an ezairride kit with 1/4” airlines but I recently upgraded to the VU4 valve from accuair. 7 switch controller, cupped A arms, drop spindles with disc brakes. Mini notch in the back with 1.5” lowering blocks. Bags are dominator 2600. I really never measured how high it goes but it almost looks like stock height. Hope this helps

Hardly any ridge, but cylinder 3 had some minor pitting further down the hole. Number 3 was the stuck cylinder.

I haven’t watched the whole thing, and I’m not trying to mean, but there is no way that I would put a sandpaper block on a cylinder head.
