Thank you both - had to improvise with my sore wrist and used my kettlebell for some of the routines. As usual,a great workout. I need to improve my strength training due to wrist problems lost a lot of strength in my arms and muscles too. I pray these exercises will help me to improve my strength.

Do any or some of these sets naturally incorporate some cardio or do you advise beginners do separate cardio exercises?
This might sound silly, but I do not want to grow/build my obliques… would I just substitute a regular plank during that portion? How would I make it more challenging?
