@@cruel_brittaniaI’ve seen videos of those camping/car camping with their own food! so I’d have to assume they’re allowed to. unclear if you can on musical grounds tho
@@cruel_brittaniaif you do the car camping or camping in general then you can bring your own food. But I’m pretty sure you can’t bring it on the festival grounds
when you revealed the grand total i almost had heart failure. most of us can barely afford to live nowadays, these prices for tiny bites of food are outrageous. thank you for letting us live vicariously through you!!
Sometimes I feel like you are a RP person for all the various restaurants/food stands you visit but in this episode you sounded very honest and told-it-like-it-was. I really enjoyed your critiquing.
May I say.. FIRST, you're bubbly high energy attitude is what brought me to become a HUGE fan. I have to be transparent... THIS video at Coachella and you relaxed , at times sassy I ABSOLUTELY LOVED❤ such a different vibe for you love and I enjoyed it almost TOO much❤❤❤❤
You need a little road kit with a little bottle of your chili oil. I would also have Tapatio. And goooood buffalo sauce. Ranch. Salt. Pepper. Whatevs. Just for these underseasoning emergencies. Watching you hack would be entertaining af!
The pulled noodles and the ramen looked so good!! The salads looked decent too. I am always disappointed by pizza, but still eat it, because, pizza!! Love summer festivals!!
Karissa, you are so amazing. The enthusiasm you show is infectious and when you talk directly to the camera, I guess Chris is filming, it is a revelation. Keep us the good work!
I love your reviews because they're obviously honest and realistic! The rating out of 10 is so cute and I enjoy that for each dish too!!! Sending love and support 🤗
Chicken Tajine is so delicious. It’s named after the pot used to cook it in. Which is an earthenware pot, with a tall cone shaped lid that has a hole in the top. Looks so delicious, I love Middle Eastern cuisine. It’s my favorite. Would love to go to Coachella one day. ❤
I agree with you that chick tajine is delcious. The thing they gave her though was not a real chicken tajin (I have heard that apperently in America they often put rice in tajin, in Morroco they don't). It still looked really good though!
Clearly your belly doesn't experience the level of bloating that mine does after only a few bites of this type of food! Looks super good tho! I can feel the heartburn and indigestion vicariously!
That milky bar place definitely took the idea from the Filipino street vendors that would serve Ube ice cream between buttered buns. Also, can someone do a calculation of what hitting up all these food vendors in one day, would be!?
The Tagine is a type of cooking vessel used in North African cuisine, so that’s where the name of the dish comes from. You can make lamb tagine, etc as well, as long as it’s prepared in the tagine itself.
Love your videos! I’ve watched a few now and noticed that you are a big texture girly. Most of what you describe about the food is texture-based, which is not a bad thing, just something I noticed because I also fixate on the texture of food. I feel like you would enjoy Joshua Weisman’s videos because focuses on texture too!
i would love a perspective from one of the food vendors at coachella one day! whether it be someone doing it for the first time, or someone that’s vended regularly with them for years…i’m sure the food vendor booth fees are insane, and having to prep and procure all the ingredients to take to a remote ass location where you might not even break even….probs just ONE of the reasons why the prices are so so high!
I love watching your videos when I’m eating…they honestly work like an appetizer😂 They help even my most boring meals & snacks taste even better. Also, YES fries need sauce! I can’t even eat them without a dip…and preferably anything other than ketchup.
When she likes the food and sings "Oh my Gaaaawwwd!" she hits that perfect note...lol oh right, she is a singer. Great vocals and definitely a good eater with worthwhile food reviews! 👍
Hi! Karrisa, hope you having a nice. You know from where I am West Bengal, India. We all loves to watch your videos and how you speak immaculately, that's "cherry on top" you know😚. By the way the whole Coachella food tour was actually worthy ofcouse. Yeah some of foods were highly expensive and definitely not fair enough tasty but that's a nice one that you got to know everything and so as we too so thank you so much. And I think you really missed the spice and chilli oil for sure😅. The noodles and ramen were I guess amazing. Keep going, enjoying, travelling and sharing . Thank you Karrisa and with that a "goodbye"🤗
im glad she actually shows the downside of some of the foods and its not all 10/10, i enjoy seeing the realness of not liking every food she tries ya know?
I’M NEW TO UR CHANNEL N SO GLAD I FOUND YA ON THE SHORTS!!! I DEF THOUGHT THE BILL WAS GOING TO BE WAY MORE FOR VIP SECTION AT COACHELLA:) I AGREE… R U FROM NYC?? ❤
$584 and honestly not one dish looked appetizing. If I had to choose one, it would probably be the thick noodle dish which she gave an 11/10. The rest looked like gas station food 🤣
I wish I could eat spicy food. If I ate like Karissa at a festival I would've missed all the acts because I'd be stuck in the portaloo. I wonder if the portaloos are nicer at Coachella or in the VIP area? Nobody ever reviews the loos.
There’s no way I would’ve paid $548 for all of that food grated. The food looked amazing for the most part by having to carry around $700 or making sure you had almost $700 for that festival is insane granted the content was great, but I would’ve never paid that much money for that food especially if some of it was mediocre considering you had VIP access.
Coachella sounds like a nightmare just because of my anxiety but the idea of spending that much money on mediocre food?!!! Ugh absolutely not. There like 4 things out of the whole list i might have tried.
I'm always curious what happens to all the extras, I'm assuming some of it gets thrown away, but do you ever give away part of it, save it for later, have your crew eat it, etc
I really like that you include the prices and the total😅 shows me i should just bring my own food in the future
Are you allowed to, though? So many festivals in America don't allow you to bring in food and drink.
@@cruel_brittaniaI’ve seen some tik toks do that. They brought lunchables and pb&js 😂

$38 for a lobster roll?!?!?! That thing should've had gold flakes on it or something!
I’m loving these longer form videos!!❤
