Girl when I watched your Instagram I felt for you. I organize my list by how Aldi is organized! I take a picture of my list as a "just in case" because like you, I plan our daily meals and tasks on my list. I cannot believe you found the list a week later! Story of life ha!

Hi, I know I’m not Becca but I have a degree in nutrition and food systems. Organic food has a list of chemicals and pesticides they can’t use and they can’t use GMOs. So basically if it’s organic it is also non gmo.
My husband and I use the AnyList grocery list app and it is awesome! He can write stuff on there and I will see it on my phone and Alexa can add stuff for you too! ps - please do more baby meal videos!!! Hayden is so cute! 💕💕💕💕💕💕💕😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

there’s a magnetic notepad called Knock knock on amazon called all out of highly recommend getting n trying that out and taking it with ya next time y’all go to the grocery shopping that way you won’t forget anything fabulous video
I would be very interested on your take on grass-fed vs grass finished meats? This is a new saying/slogan I have been hearing for a few weeks now and am curious more so what the difference is and what your take on that is?
Grass fed beef is when the cows are grass fed but a few months before they kill the animals they are fed all kinds of grains. That changes the quality and nutrients of the meat. Grass finished is they were grass fed before they died. If your going to spend the money make sure it says grass finished. Its its not grass finished just buy the conventional beef because your just paying for a marking gimmick.
Great haul! And thanks for pointing out the pasture raised egg thing! So many people are so easily confused by the labeling on eggs. Labeling on everything is actually pretty confusing these days! Anyways looks delish! ❤️
I mean this in the nicest way possible but I would love your hauls so much more if you laid everything out and kind of did a first person walk through of what you got as opposed to holding up each item. Also, google keep is a great app to make lists, and you can share them with other people! My fiance and I have an on going list all week that we both add to.
Our Aldis looks nothing like that. I would love to go to yours. The Aldis here is so disorganized along with the layout, and the produce is always disgusting.
Just a question, no hate, but why do you still choose to consume dairy products when you could make simple switches to vegan options for milk and yoghurt that taste so much better?
Why does everyone have to be vegan? She is a dietitian if she thought it was better for her health I’m sure she would do it but obviously she doesn’t so

FYI Aldi has their own version of the Siggi’s yogurt. I’m a big fan of skyr style yogurt and Aldi’s is delicious.
