    Helpful thanks. That stupid light comes on at such random times for no reason. Disabled now.

      @@utubeizevil yes common fault with Hikvision. Try to upgrade or downgrade the firmware

    Hi, what happens if 'Image Settings' and 'Exposure' and 'Day/Night Switch' and 'Backlight' and 'Image Enhancement' are greyed out? Camera Model (on the box) is DS-2CE72HFT-F28
    By the way, your videos are very clear. I'll also get that SADP software and see if I can login directly.

      @@ammarzebari5184 Unfortunately not. I have two system on two properties and both are the same. I contacted the company that installed them and no reply. I don't be at either property much and I want to call them when I am there, with a computer, too. I'll be sure to tag you here if I get any more info.

      @@321Chat yup . It was greyed out. But you can change in the camera setting in PTZ panel
