Brandy Norwood is hands down one of my all time favorite artists. I can vividly remember singing my heart out to this song when I was no more than 8 years old. I have wanted to put my own spin on it ever since. I seriously couldn't think of two better friends to team up with than the insanely talented Mario Jose and Vincint Cannady! We really hope you enjoy our take on Brandy's second #1 Billboard Hot 100 single from her album Never Say Never.

Brandy is such a genius at creating this masterpiece, she's a LEGEND indeed.
It is very difficult to cover Brandy. The dynamics of her voice make it nearly impossible to cover the right way. They did a phenomenal job.

I would add that Brandy sings songs that cover multiple octaves. Katie Perry and Britney Spears for example- and I like both- both do songs that have about 4 notes in the melody. So Brandy is particularly difficult to cover if you don't have a very big range.

Each one is so damn talented. They all have perfect control and incredible range. Plus that harmony in the upper register is sick sick sick!!!! Most importantly, this tells a story and is full of raw emotion. I must have listened to this over 500 times now over 4 years. Its so inspiring and technically superb. I dont think this will ever be covered better than this.
