@@daleclarke977 your skipping ahead a video here mate 👀😜 yes mate it gets worse hahahaha I done a deeper dive let’s put it that way! Think mr bodge sparky has been under there!! Still not fixed it 🙏🤣
It’s quite common for obd readers to show a fault code when the doors open, obviously if there’s is an issue with the wiring then that would also need sorted, but they often do show a fault if any door is open aswell due to canbus 19’s will go on no problem, the rolling diameter of the wheels will always be approximately the same, the bigger the wheel the smaller the tyre profile is that helps
That’s a good valid point mate I’ll shut the door and try 🤣🤣.. then again knocked a code off from the crimp so must be a fault. …. Wait until you see the next video someone has been crimping happy on the electrics, dangerous👀 Deffos got to be a fault as the doors don’t lock … but think it’s gateway related
I run 18inch wheels and overall find them to be the best size. Possibly not as pretty as the 19s but 225/40/18 tyres are very inexpensive in comparison to the 19s and there are a lot of 18inch VW/AUDI wheels that will fit nicely in terms of bolt pattern and offset.
@@Jonbuildz like i say i have 19in bbs lm wheels on my caddy now and i have 19in alloys on my wife 2009 touran also and 2 of my previos caddy were both running 20in alloys without any issues and both had coilovers on them
Great content G keep it up x❤
Link for Vcds and persevere with it will be worth it in the end

Good shout… gazza or Erica 👍… I’ll keep an eye out had some amazing 19s missed out ever so slightly but looked insane!!
Caddy looks nice with 19s but the ride is horrible been there and had them on about a week and dropped back down to the 18s
