Lane filtering when traffic is slow is legal in some states. Granted it’s not in New York where this guy is, but would you really rather have the cyclist that you hate so much clogging up a whole lane of traffic? Edit: okay since I made this comment I’ve seen a few more of these guy’s videos and they are absolute nuisances. I still think lane filtering is a good thing tho.
@@draytonjames81 Riding on the sidewalk is super dangerous to pedestrians, and it’s usually illegal. Lane filtering is safer for everyone involved, as long as you’re following the law and not reckless like the person who made this video.

This what happens to a boy when he grows up without his father. He posts videos like these to get a rise out of people. Knowing full well on a deeper level what he’s doing is dumb. However, like the child he still is emotionally: He lashes out and blames others when he’s confronted with his ways. By responding and giving him attention we’ve essentially filled that void his father/mother left by not giving him attention. But all he cares is that he’s being acknowledged. Not all cyclist are like this grown child. Most likely he’ll respond with profane language now because somehow in the mind of people like this, fighting and winning negates the actions that brought them trouble in the first place. Just like the child who blames others. (Or pretend to be civil just to be on the contrary. Typical Narcissist behavior)

This guy threatens nobody. How is he a tyrant when he just weaves through cars like a mouse through elephant legs? There are so many cars just blocking everything, but sure, the one small bike is the problem.
correcting myself, he hit a bump, just saw that lol.
Did bro not side swipe the FUCK outta the one SUV?
It’s crazy how reels suggested a guy passing my block 😂
Watch him blame the driver after he sideswiped the car 💀
he didnt swipe the car it was a bump idiot
Lol people like you lower the average IQ
He hit a pothole, holy shit how are this many of you blind
You realize if he hit the car with his handle bars the wheel would turn or are you slow
Bruh yall are so fucking blind, he didn’t even touch the car, it was a pothole. Go get glasses or something bro
That one white suv holding up all those cars because they want to stop in the middle of an intersection. Drivers please, if you dont have space on the other side of the light, dont drive forward. Even if it's green
Damn if only cars were smaller, they could just drive around
Like a bicycle does
It’s almost like
Cars are a fucking failure
Hillside is always a wacky ride😂😂😂
i can do no hands, but this guy is on another level.
I love how everybody shits on the cyclist when it's the SUV who blocks the traffic.
Fr,he’s the reason the traffic is blocked up in the first place!
Actually that's a huge change of perspective thank you for your wisdom
Because how can anyone change lanes safely with this jackass splitting at a much higher speed. He's being way more reckless than anyone else in the clip.
Cyclists doing their best not to be a nuisance and ignore traffic laws
Lane filtering when traffic is slow is legal in some states. Granted it’s not in New York where this guy is, but would you really rather have the cyclist that you hate so much clogging up a whole lane of traffic?
Edit: okay since I made this comment I’ve seen a few more of these guy’s videos and they are absolute nuisances. I still think lane filtering is a good thing tho.
@@TagetesAlkestajust go on the sidewalk and pass everything and once it clears up go back on the road. Then you’re not bothering anyone
@@draytonjames81 Riding on the sidewalk is super dangerous to pedestrians, and it’s usually illegal. Lane filtering is safer for everyone involved, as long as you’re following the law and not reckless like the person who made this video.
@@TagetesAlkesta unless the sidewalk is heavily populated, no it’s not dangerous. It’s not hard to dodge people unless you’re flying through.
@@draytonjames81 I mean yeah if the sidewalk is unpopulated it’s definitely the better choice. I’d much rather be on an empty sidewalk than in the door zone of dozens of cars.
But in a downtown area with pedestrians and slow moving traffic (like the video), it’s safer to ride with cars and filter when necessary imo
No handlebars in bumper to bumper traffic is confidence I just don’t have and I’ve been riding for over a decade 😭💀
Dude is like Spiderman
Not sure why the same people who think bikes weaving through traffic on the highway at 100 is cool but that this guy is somehow the problem
Great point, I love motorcycles. But they are SUPER dangerous compared to cycling.
No one in their right mind would weave traffic in NYC while on a motorcycle. Those things are HEAVY😭🤟🏿
Adrenaline go brrrr
No one who is criticizing this video would think that scenario you're laying out is reasonable. Total strawman.
he didn’t hit the car
He didn’t hit the car
As a person that got hit on my bike back.in.2013 in NYC, i was driving with the rules of the road too. I have permanent back damage and wish it never happened. What he's doing is wreckless. This agressive style is why cyclist accidents have skyrocked in NYC in recent years. The rise of delivery apps doesn't help either.
This is totally fine as long as you don’t get pissed when a car hits you by accident.
This is a long winded comment. I’m Not sure how riding a bike has to do with anyone’s childhood trauma.
Ride safe, be responsible, and have fun. Getting to know the quirks of your area/city makes it more enjoyable😁🙏🏿
@ninjaonii I understand his comment. He is focusing on how your behavior while riding the bike can relate to your developmental state. This one touched your feelings.
@@Tensentities .
My god, dude.
So did you hit the car or what
facts😂😂😂
I think its a pothole, looks and kinda sounds like one
Are we watching the same video. Even if I did(I didn’t) the light was green😂
@@ninjaoniitf does that mean? acting like the cars in the 4th row can go before the first cars go.
This the same guy that would cry if you double park in bike lane for few minutes
Anxiety level 📈
This guy is a danger on the road
realistically if theres an accident between a car and a bicycle its rarely the car driver that gets injured, i dont see how this guy is a danger to other people
@@Abstract_zx I see you think it's ok to be careless and ride around on a bike like a fool. SMH.
@@Papicholo1 I see you think "not going to cause bodily harm to other people" and "its ok" are the same thing. SMH.
@Azide_zx I see a fool driving around recklessly can cause injury to ppl around him, obviously, you can't. Open your eyes and you might see something
@@Papicholo1 please explain to me how you think a bicyclist hitting a car in stop-start traffic is going to cause injury to the driver of the car. my point is that the biggest danger is really to himself and causing potential damage to other cars
Whole lotta bitching in the comments 🤣
Constructive criticism is b*itching?
You'll be the one bitching when an asshole like this guy runs you over.
This guy is either the law or some dude whome police never saw
He did not hit that car, he hit a bump, he hit 2 bump both sound the same, you can look and hear closely. The driver would of chased him or honk at him if he really did.
Thats what you get when you dont make bike ways!!
Filming yourself commiting a crime and uploading it online..
A bike can commit no harm.
what crime?
@raineodin how about being stupid, that should be a crime. He dam lucky no-one cut in front of him or opened their door he never would have been able to brake in time.
@@henrytaylor5228 You know what's stupid? Using a multi ton living room to commute.
@@henrytaylor5228getting hit by a door is just as if not more likely when riding in the bike lane next to parked cars
As a cyclist that is completly illegal. Most state's law read that you must ride in the direction of traffic as far to the right as practible. As such, you can take up a whole lane if necessary, but you can't ride on the other side of a vehicle.
*Sidewalk with no people or obstruction existing*
Biker seeing excessive traffic: look at the crevices tho😩 hold my beer
Some of these comments are from people who don’t come outside at night
Probably because of cyclists like this are out at night... image it being dark with this guy just peddling away without a shred of caution
Huh?
Don’t listen to these haters tbh you did fine, keep up the good work n ride safe!
Appreciate that, likewise!!🤟🏿💪🏿
@@ninjaoniishe’s lying. You’re a nuisance
Blud really acted like nothing happened 💀
Nah this is crazy thats we're my grandmother lives around 💀😭😭
Why is everyone bitching in the comments lol. Those cars were not moving whatsoever that’s why he was able to split that lane no hands. There was nowhere for any car to go
b-b-but what if a car randomly opens their door for no reason, which will never happen

because he hit a car lmao
