yea i agree i just got my Camaro from Carvana yesterday. i’d recommend them to everyone, they were good to me. The only negative thing i had about them is they pushed back my pickup date two days back not a big issue. Other then that Carvana is good

@@Fullrusher it’s a hit or miss with them. From what I’ve been seeing tho, most people didn’t have an issue. I got temp registration as soon as i got the car delivered and my real registration and plates came two weeks later. The title has to be fine because i refinanced a couple months ago and my new finance company has the title.

It’s a used car and some of the things he’s saying about cleanliness when you get them but overall the car I got was mechanically sound Interior and exterior of great quality and the same with my second car. I’ve had two good experiences with Carvana over the past five years.
I just bought a car from them. Kia sportage. I had a great experience beginning to end. Everything was super simple. Now the interest rates were ridiculous. Be aware of that! I’ll probably refinance in a year. But I love my car. That 7 days was a godsend. My car was in perfect condition. Your review is 2 years old. As of august 2024 they’ve gotten better. My car was super detailed and still had factory plastic on it! Tank was half full. Follow up and delivery was spectacular. But if you have great credit avoid caravana. Rates are too high.
Got my Lexus from Carvana last year and with Bridgecrest they had me financing my 2015 Lexus ES for 72 mos at $15k interest for a total cost of $38k......FOH. I refinanced my auto loan thru Lending Club the very next month after I got it and because I have good ass credit, my interest is only $3k and my car will be paid off 2025 and total cost is $24k. So if you credit is jacked up your interest will be almost the cost of vehicle which is ridiculous. So make sure you're not financing double the cost because of the interest like the suckers that rent furniture and appliances because their credit is so jacked up.

@dayoutsider ok update! The delivery went smooth. Everything was good on the truck. Runs good. Got it checked everything good. I did get my tag (well the receipt that the tag was delivered) the two months later. There was an issue with my license address and the mailing address. But my job lost the freaking tag 😒. The temp tag expired in Jan. I finally went to the dmv this past weekend(fri) and got everything. So I do have my tag and everything is good. I am happy with the communication with them and everything. Fun Fact: after I spent 48 dollars to get a replacement tag, my driver leader gave me my tag that was mailed. So imagine my frustration lol. I'm not complaining I got a tag lmfao so yea
Great video. I am working through a Carvana swap right now. Nothing wrong with the vehicle, I just changed my mind. I'll post a video about it in a week are so. Dealing with Carvana is preferable to me over a dealership unless you have an established relationship. And spot on about financing with Carvana and later refinancing. That was my plan from the start. Also, look under the vehicle when it is still on the truck. It is so much easier than crawling around on the ground. And don't skimp on the inspection. If you are charged at all, it will be far less than the thousands it could costs it something was looked over.

Make sure the car is fine mechanically within your first 7 days. When it comes to the recent issues with carvana, i can’t really say. There’s one person i know personally and she had to wait like 6 weeks for her plates but she did end up getting them. It’s really a hit or miss with them but i hope your experience goes as smooth as mines.
Glad you had a solid experience, i'm waiting on my Carvana delivery today. My plan is to bring my new car to the dealership for an oil change (don't trust when it was done last) and have it inspected. My concern is if the dealer is to find something catastrophic, what happens with my car I just traded in? Where does it end up in those 7 days If I want to undue and cancel the entire process? I'm probably worrying too much, but I take really good care of my vehicles and I would want my old one back the same way I traded it in.
Thanks and congrats on your car! It’s definitely a great idea to have the dealer check it over. My car went to this performance shop like a hour from my house and sat there for a few weeks. One thing i did do before i traded in my car was take video of literally everything just in case i wanted it back. Interior, engine, rims, underneath it etc. Hopefully everything goes well with your new car!
I was supposed to get a truck it was already going to take them about 3 weeks to deliver it about a week before it was supposed to be delivered they called me and told me that there had been a problem during delivery and that the truck had been damaged then they proceeded to tell me that they would not fix it and they wouldn't take nothing off of the price and yet they wouldn't say what was wrong with the truck I had to wait nearly a month before I got my down payment back would not recommend to nobody if you're looking for help or if you have an issue they're not going to do anything about it
I’m in WI. Getting a Fusion delivered on Friday. I did lots of zoom in looks of the car and looks solid, on 40k miles. If it’s mechanically sound I just hope I don’t get hit with the title delays other people have had.

I didn’t put anything down because i had a trade in. You would have to put the down payment down before receiving the vehicle. That’s all based on the persons credit and income. They use Bridgecrest. You could try and see if you get approved.

Nothing your interest rate just lowers reducing the amount you pay in interest and your monthly payments. The amount you financed stays the same. If you’re able to get a good rate with the finance company Carvana (Bridgecrest), you wouldn’t need to refinance. In my case, i knew i could do a lot better than the rate Bridgecrest gave me so i refinanced with a credit union.
Buying from caravana is a lazy way I rather get a brand new unused car and do the paperwork at dealer ship to save trouble later. And carvana APRs are sky high starting at 13% 😂 a dealership has like 5% apr on brand new cars. Carvana is not worth it in my opinion
That’s why if you buy a car from Carvana, finance it from your bank and get a way lower APR. I agree though Carvana APRs are sky high, I feel bad for people they get on those contracts lol
These online sellers are not reconditioning the car correctly, they are just waiting for you to bring them in to fix only what you find. Hoping there warranty runs out before you find something.
You don't save on dealer fees when Carvana has fees of it's own. You don't think that delivery of the vehicle to your house was free do you? Not to mention Carvana has no haggle pricing because they have it marked at the high retail blue book level already so they're getting money out of it. But if you don't have a down payment and you end up financing everything you are upside down on your loan and it only gets worse from there. And then of course whoever they hire to do their vehicle inspections in my opinion doesn't know a whole lot about cars to know what they're looking for. My guess is they hire the same kind of "industry experts" that Home Depot does, and you know how that goes.
@@SteezyManny, Yes they are, but in my half dozen dealings with them not one of them has been smooth or what anyone would say was a good business practice. You probably also bought it when the market wasn't as tight as it is now which made that possible. They aren't giving deals out nowadays.

But it can be hard to keep people away from them when they sometimes are the only ones with inventory on certain cars. But if you enjoy shitty experiences and like buying overpriced cars and like even more waiting a long time for delivery then feel free to buy a car from them.
Our experience with Carvana was terrible. The delivery time was from 11am-2pm EST. 2pm passes, but we get no call, no notification, nothing. We call to follow up, and were told to wait another hour or so. Carvana would not give us a valid ETA on the late delivery. Calling this unprofessional and a lack of customer focus is an understatement. We would not recommend buying or selling a car from Carvana.

No, you should never buy a car from carvana. They are in trouble with multiple states for selling cars without titles.

We bought a Jeep from them and found the 2nd key a week later in the tray on tje dash. Detailing is not their strong point.

Naw, my trade in was my down payment. And you’ll get approved for a certain amount and you can pick a car based on how much you were approved for.

6 months and i got a rare way better through a credit union. I waited that long to build my credit up as much as possible before refinancing
