It is the FINAL NOMOS Tangente video - BOO. But this is the video I have been most looking forward to: MY CHOICE OF NOMOS. So when NOMOS asked if I'd like to do some sponsored videos for this launch, they offered me one of the new Tangente models! Which was a big, fat, obvious YES from me. I've been such a huge fan for a long time, so it was an absolute honour to be offered one.
BUT WHAT ONE?! After being hands on with all of their new Watches & Wonders models - I am delighted to reveal that I went for the Schlossgrun! So the green one! For me, it was so tight between Super Sardine, or green. But I thought, I have a few blue watches. But I have NO GREEN WATCHES!

Keep the Bauhaus set/pictures! It works so well aesthetically and creates a great backdrop and framing element for your videos.
Also, loved this Nomos series!! Schlossgrün is definitely a pick I agree with.

I brought a Ziegelblau and absolutely love it.
Great video series! I got the Chili and I love it. The color just pops and it is such a great contrast to the more restraint and minimalistic design of the watch. So, yes, agree, it doesn't get much better at this price point. My only downside so far is the lack of a quick set date. Quite annoying to always having to go back and forth between 10pm and 1am until you have the correct date.
Congratulations on your new timepiece! I saw these watches in person while at Watches and Wonders - they were beautiful! The folks at Nomos are also incredible. In addition to their amazing timepieces, unique design philosophy, and incredible price point, they won be over with their friendliness and hospitality. For what it’s worth, NOMOS has you to thank for another watch sold! I’ve been an admirer of their work for sometime. But your series of videos on these new releases sent me over the edge. I got a club campus (nonstop red 36 mm with a display caseback) and it has been on my wrist nonstop for the past month.
Can’t wait to get another Nomos! And hopefully I will be able to grab one of these limited additions sometime soon.
I wish Nomos would shorten that crazy lug to lug length. Just looks out of proportion to me. Congrats on your purchase!

Pictures up for sure. I might suggest getting a wood print... if you have Costco near you... They do wood prints. Then you slightly reduce the reflection from your light! :) I enjoy the wood prints and have a few really big ones.

I am a Bauhaus fan, but the Bauhaus guys (1919 to 1933) have never designed a watch. Max Bill (a Bauhaus student) designed the Junghans kitchen watch in 1961. Then came what is known as the Junghans Max Bill wristwatch. The best about it is the numeral "4" - great design. From Nomos I love the Club and the Ludwig ... Great Video. This green is a killer.

Congrats, Britt. I almost pulled the trigger on Super Sardine but decided to save up that extra for my upcoming GMT Master II this year. Castle Green is awesome as well, reminds me of my OP 41 green but for a fraction of the price.
Admire the movements but the lugs always seem out of proportion and leave a gap.Farer for colour choice.
Agree, the only nomos models that fit on my 6,5 inch wrist are the 35mm variants and minimatik.
Nomos is one of my favorite watch brands, and in the overall scheme of things, they’re super underrated. Keep up the great work.

With the Tangente 38, agree that we are spoiled for choice and still figuring out which is my colour combo....thinking....
To who it may concern. Britt Pearce did not have to pay for the watch. When she user "ordered", as in her title, she did not have to pay for or return the watch as part of the sponsorship deal. This clarification is important because when you order a watch at your watch dealer, you have to pay the 2000 British pounds or equivalent whereever you are.
Bauhaus backdrop is good.

Doesn’t matter either way. She was an OG Nomos fan and that’s what got her into horology. If she gets paid to promote it now, good for her.

Dunno how you can like the 38 on such a tiny wrist! I tried one on my 16,5cm wrist and I had a feeling I was wearing a pizza ! :-D I went for a 35 mm Tangente instead and I love it!

The way you pronounce Tangente is very charming! Still, here's the right pronunciation:
1. syllable sounds like "tongue".
2. syllable (gen) like the second syllable in "again" or like "ten" with a hard "g" instead of the "t".
3. syllable like "till" without the "l". In the end it should be 100% authenticly pronouncable for an englisch speaking tongue. 😉

I like the pictures. The bare wall look is a little too “spartan.” Anti-reflective frame glass would help too. But definitely keep the art! And the Castle-Green Tangente is a great choice! Colorful without sacrificing elegance. Well done Gringa!

I bought the PEACE. White with blue accents. I love it but wished that the hands would be darker. It's not that legible.
And was shocked to find out that there is no quick date set.
Apart from it - I love it. It's sooooo light.
Never been a big fan of Nomos but the Club Sport neomatik tabac has peaked my interest.
I bought one, I really like the watch! I’m surprised that no one mentions that the movement does not have a quick set date. Since I don’t wear this as a daily, changing the date may be more of a commitment than I am used to!
Pro tip…. Go. Backwards and forwards from 8pm to 2am 👍🏽

The Bauhaus set is nice, adds a great background with color and fun, just like your videos. Nomos is great, love the colors. Great choice, but it is hard to lose with any of the Nomos options.
I have the original silver dialled Tangente 38 Datum with blued hands, and have to say I prefer it over the new versions.

The Schlossgrün was one of two of my choices, together with the Delfin, which has a colourway that reminds me somewhat of Studio Underd0g's 01SERIES Desert Sky. Enjoy!

I've loved my enamel white Ludwig 38 that I got in the winter. INSANELY accurate and consistent as you should expect. Of course gorgeous AF. Especially I just love the blued hands so much.
On my unit though the quality control is honestly sh* which is absolutely unacceptable for the price. They've managed to put a pretty big scratch on the movement bridge which you can see at some angles and a few other little things on the watch and also the wooden box it comes in (the opening/closing mechanism doesn't work properly) and still this absolute monday specimen made it out the door. Mechanically it is beyond perfect and way better than the specs they claim. It loses like 1 or 2 seconds per day and adjusted to six positions so yeah.
In my case, I accept it cos it's MINE and no one can make me send it back lol but still has to be said. This has to be very rare tho if I trust the internet and Nomos' reputation.
NOMOS BLUED HANDS. They are so freaking lovely! Wow - enamel Ludwig 38 is freaking special!
@@BrittPearceWatchesNah :DD. I know it's unacceptable and not characteristic of them but I personally accept it cos this one is mine lol. I own the monday special, one off limited edition ya know. Someone dropped a screwdriver on the bridge and after that they just said f it on this one, but made sure it makes up for it in running as good as one of these possibly can.

All the watch names, the way you pronounce them, remind me of Dr. Seuss characters. Great choice and the background needs to be part of the rotation. I suggest you get 4 or 5 backgrounds and rotate them to keep it fresh.
I love this series of Nomos videos! Practical question: Are there enough holes on the strap so that it fits small wrists? Did you have to make new holes to fit your small wrist?

A great brand I think, distinctive designs, not too many models in the range, can be playful with colour and everyone seems to praise the finishing. Such a shame that I can't find a retailer locally to see if I like them in the flesh and decide if it's one for me. The brands I am interested in are Nomos, Glashütte Orginal and IWC, but only one of those brands is common enough to find in most retailers 😔

There were under 35 of each watches shipped to the US. The dealers had to buy 1 of each to get any. I picked up a "love", a "peace", and a "lemon biscuit" from different dealers online. I regret nothing.
