- Wassup beautiful people! Just got done reviewing the Nectar Mattress and gave my final thoughts about it in this video. I also gave Nectar the benefit of the doubt regarding the whole delivery process because of the whole pandemic. One thing I also forgot to mention was that this mattress can actually hold up to 650 lbs. of weight and not lose its conformity or support. But other than that, hope you guys enjoyed the video, and please give it a big thumbs up if you did! Let me also know if you guys would like to see more unboxing and reviewing. Peace!

I've had a full size for well over a year now. It has held up beautifully...even after a 1,000 mile move. When I initially got the first mattress, it didn't inflate after a week. I contacted them and did the process, and they replaced it no problem!
Finally a real review. I just purchased this bed after watching this thanks!

@@taiyonna7044 me and my wife got a king size and I sleep well in mine. My wife likes a hard hard mattress but this one is pretty firm in my opinion. I think it’s a 6.5 on the firm scale. But I’m loving it we’ve had it for a few months now still great the long size was definitely an upgrade from the queen I sleep great.

I am getting mine soon!! I’m so excited! When I saw you take the knife out I was like “NO NO NO” because usually using a sharp tool to open a mattress is a HUGE no no bc depending on the packaging you could damage the mattress!

Bought one and it never puffed up as much as yours. Turns out it was defective. Very nice company to work with and my replacement is on its way.
Update!!!! The new mattress they sent was firm and amazing right out of the box. Hot better after two days. It’s unreal how I just knew it was defective. This video really shows how it’s supposed to feel.

LOL, I did that once. It poured like crazy right after that, so I set it on end in the rain all day. Then the sun came out and baked it dry. Brand new after that. Did you sleep any better on it than your old mattress?
I got my Chime Elite 10 inch mattress the day after ordering and it is PERFECT for no back or hip pain... think my shoulders are pretty much done for... no matter the mattress!

I’ve had my full size nectar for a year now and while I’m happy with the mattress and what I paid for it, that bed frame is super cheap. It doesn’t feel sturdy and the legs bend so easily. Maybe mine was defective but I also had issues installing the legs. The holes weren’t all the same sizes or aligned properly. Sometimes moving from side to side on the bed feels like the legs are going to cave. Just my experience.
Hey Chris! Thanks for sharing your experience with Nectar. Sorry to hear about your bed frame. So far, I haven't had any issues with the frame. Installing them also was pretty smooth, but I only had this mattress for about 2 months so we'll see by the end of the year haha.
How long did it take for it to get delivered?
@@raulhernandez6782 Maybe a week. I ordered to June 8th of 2019 and I set up it June 17. It arrived maybe a day or two before that.

@@raulhernandez6782 yeah I’ve heard about some people having to wait out some outrageous time. I think it depends where you order it from. I ordered directly from Nectar. Their beds are a great value but they aren’t known for their customer service.

I'm planning to buy the Nectar Premier Memory Foam matters (Medium). The price they're asking is $1299.00 plus tax. Have you experienced any lower back issues? and that is the reason I'm buying this matters for my lower back. Any thoughts?

Hey Kevin! yea I am still happy with it surprisingly. Bed is super comfortable and most of the off-gas smell has faded away.

Thanks for the informative vid! I just purchased this mattress then went on the hunt for some reviews on TH-cam. In hindsight, probably should have reversed those steps... but this video makes me hopeful I got a good mattress 🙂

Do most people give the mattress at least 24 hours to air out or sleep in it the same night as unboxing it?
Well it’s still comfortable even if you don’t let it air out. I just got on it right when we took it out of the box but it’s up to you. 🙂
@@bree78877 thanks for the input. We only gave it 5 hours and it is a bit too firm for me. I didn’t know if it had to do with me not waiting at least 24 to 48 hours.

I'm going on 2 weeks of waiting. Shipping and receiving very bad. On Monday mattress, frame and headboard arrive.
I just received my king size nectar mattress this past Thursday. The website says it will fully expand to 11 inches thick within 24-72 hours... it’s almost been 72 hours and the mattress is still really mushed-looking in some places. It has opened up a little bit but still looks wonky and uneven. How long did yours take to expand fully? I just don’t want to start sleeping on it and have back issues because it’s uneven.
I'm having the same issue, AND, my mattress & pillows smell so bad!!!! Did you all have the chemical smell that Nectar says their stuff doesn't have?? Grrrrr! How do I get rid of that smell other than having all my windows open in 30' weather??

This is our second Nectar mattress against my better judgment, my wife wanted it. Happy wife Happy life with a Bad Back Ache. I Need a firm mattress and this thing is just way to soft. The corners didn't expand fully and we gave it more then the recommended 24 hours. I will not get another.
