How much does the box weigh if you had to estimate? In pounds

Do you have to be home for them to deliver it or do they drop off at front door without you having to be home like most deliveries?

I am getting mine soon!! I’m so excited! When I saw you take the knife out I was like “NO NO NO” because usually using a sharp tool to open a mattress is a HUGE no no bc depending on the packaging you could damage the mattress!

I'm planning to buy the Nectar Premier Memory Foam matters (Medium). The price they're asking is $1299.00 plus tax. Have you experienced any lower back issues? and that is the reason I'm buying this matters for my lower back. Any thoughts?

PLEASE do not buy this mattress. It is not firm at all and their return policy is horrible. I have been trying to return the mattress. They first said we have to try it out for 90 days and then said the box spring/base can not be returned because that was only returnable for 50 days and now they are not replying to our emails

Your volume is too low :(

Nectar Sleep will make you wait nearly a month to receive your mattress, if you’re lucky. They do not ship until weeks after purchase, customer service is incredibly passive aggressive and unhelpful, then when FedEx takes an additional several weeks to deliver (if ever) and gives you the run around, Nectar refuses to get involved, refuses to expedite a new mattress, and will only offer you $50 as reimbursement for false shipping advertisement and your stress. I still don’t have the mattress I paid nearly $1000 for. I’m disgusted. Save yourself and go with a different company. Nectar Sleep AND FedEx are both abhorrent and need to go out of business.

This is our second Nectar mattress against my better judgment, my wife wanted it. Happy wife Happy life with a Bad Back Ache. I Need a firm mattress and this thing is just way to soft. The corners didn't expand fully and we gave it more then the recommended 24 hours. I will not get another.

I got my Chime Elite 10 inch mattress the day after ordering and it is PERFECT for no back or hip pain... think my shoulders are pretty much done for... no matter the mattress!

So it's been about 7 months, how have you liked it so far? I've had my brother's hammy down mattress for like freaking 8 years. And just purchased this mattress as my first new one. Hope you're still impressed by it
