    Interesting. Laying on one in a store it was kind of medium. The one I bought is insanely soft, probably too soft. Softer than the "soft" Tempurpedic. I wonder if there's not consistency from one to the next.

    I too have decided to return my nectar mattress, so far it has taken almost a month for them to pick up the mattress and refund me the money. I also had problems with my back and hips. The same time frame also was what made the deciding factor for me. I sleep on my side and back. The comments saying about the stomach sleepers isn’t applying here. Thank you for the information.

    We got a queen Nectar dark blue boarder. No edge support, and feels like it’s getting softer. Received end of Sept. 2021.Thinking about returning for a hybrid which should be firmer. Wake up with pain on one hip. Husband also complaining that it’s too soft. I would NOT describe our bed as firm or med. firm. You must have a different Nectar if you find it firm.

    I’m so glad for you that you’re getting your money back. As for me: After 7 months of terrible back and hip pains I reached out to them to return the mattress. I was told to take pictures of the mattress and the tags. After I did they claimed that the mattress wasn’t one of theirs. They refused to receive the mattress back. It’s been 4 years and I am still trying because supposedly it has ten years warranty. Same issue, supposedly I bought a king size mattress and the label says two twins. This mattress is extremely soft and I need firmness for my back issues. After 21 emails back and forth

    Were you able to keep the pillows after returning the mattress? Being too firm is a concern I have. My hips need to sink in, so it won't hurt. My bed is firm and too hard for me!

    it's honestly the best mattress without coils like a hybrid, especially for the price. it's firm enough for people who have spine issues but soft enough for combination sleepers. but not everyone will like it that is what makes Nectar great 365 day return policy.

    I had to return mine as well. Nectar is very firm. This caused back problems.

      Me too! My pressure points were triggered horribly by this mattress. I woke up with sore shoulders, hips and lower back. Worst mattress that I ever bought, it lasted 3 months.

    My pillows did not come with a zipper pouch so I can’t not remove any of the foam pieces. My mattress was bought August 2021. This is sad to hear, they don’t give much room for comfort until people Complain. This is not a medium firm mattress in my opinion. I contacted Nectar and it has been a run around from them, it has been a week and they are playing games with me. I still have not gotten any confirmation of a refund or a pick up for my old mattress.

    Terrible customer service. I reached out to them to return mattress after 7 months. After 5-6 emails where no one paid attention, I was told I was beyond the time limit. I sent copies of all the earlier correspondence so then I was told to send pictures of the tags. I did and they claim those were not tags of their mattresses that I had to reach out to whoever I had bought the mattres from. I repeatedly told them it was them. The mattress said nectar on all 4 sides, I financed it through affirm, which is their financial. All in all they told me they couldn’t do anything for me.

      You only have 30 days to return. After that you’re out of luck. It’s in the fine print.

    almost bought original nectar but learned the nectar 'premiere' was softer and more for side sleeping, so bought it for a few hundred more

    After 30 days back pain, hip pain and excrutiating pain on my left side (left of stomach, hip, buttocks). I regret this purchase so much. It caused me SO MUCH pain and agony

    Im 155lbs and its too firm. Also If you’re a warm person it gets HOT!!! I kept waking up cus of it. After 2 weeks I’m sending it back. My couch is more comfortable than this thing. Sorry Nectar

      Sorry for the late response! No, we did not have to return those items. We had no issues returning.

    Did they give you a full refund or did they subtract the price of the pillows from the refund price?

      Yes, full refund within a week. No issues at all. Nectar scheduled to have the Salvation Army truck come by to pick up the mattress after New Years. Pillows were not deducted from the return. We were very pleased with the return process!

      We have the nectar plush in king size for about 4 weeks now and thought this was going to work for us. If I could have tried it in a store I would have never purchased it. We are seniors and expected this to be soft and it is liking sleeping on a board. The sides are way to soft and the first night and several times after I rolled off onto the floor and hurt my back. I’m not a heavy person just tall. My wife is short an lightweight. Called nectar and they are sending us a foam soft topper to try out for the firmness. Really don’t want to start adding to a new mattress and when the foam starts to fail after a year or less than I got to buy a new. Our pillows are solid as a rock one piece of sold foam. Like what they use on the mattress cannot use them at all the sheet was to the wrong size and sending out a new sheet. Been 3 weeks now and still not received. We have to take folded blankets and place onto the bed to try and soften it up. I am a side sleep and wife also and it kills your shoulders and firm on the back. We will try the foam topper for several night to see if it does any good. I rather not even open the box and just send it back. Really disappointed will not go the foam route again. When our 30 days are up we will contact C customer support and start the return process. Question where did you find the tag on the mattress? Is it just a Nectar name tag? Hopefully we won’t have any issues Returning it. Did you email pictures to show what they requested. Look forward to hearing from you.

      @@GKUZYK1 tags should at bottom of mattress. There are 3 tags. Yes had to email pictures as well

    I just got rid of my nectar mattress its too firm .......i got me a puffy mattress i had it for 3 months the nectar mattress and. I love my puffy lux mattress

      Wink bed. Hybrid soft. Comfortable, made in USA, and has a pillow top.

      Don't bother with them they want you to be stuck with the mattress for 30 days and the return process is a nightmare and I had to keep on pressing for them to return the mattress even though it's been about 2 weeks and it's been so bad that I've been considering going to a chiropractor. The soft side isn't really that soft and then the firm side just feels like I'm sleeping on a futon even with a Topper on it.

    Unfortunately my experience with NECTAR was not like yours. My King pillows are only 2" thick and do not look anything like yours. They do not have any King replacements and would only offer Standard size replacements. I offered to pay the difference to upgrade them which they refused. Everything is going back. Terrible customer service. STAY AWAY FROM NECTAR.
