on my 2010 speed 3 i got ebay catless downpipe with a resonator delete with 4inch tips (straight pipe to the stock muffler) and the stock muffler makes it sound really deep and is not annoying when you cruise definitely the best setup if you dont want to spend a lot
Hey I got a question for you what would be the best mods to not only lighten the vehicle and give it better handling I've already done fully adjustable coilovers sway bars and links all of that
If you’re located in USA google Freektune, go to his website and locate in his shop ‘Accessport’ for the Mazdaspeed 3 which is $650 but includes OTS plus map on it, which is miles ahead of Cobb OTS map because Justin(Freektune) will have you email him your mod list then he’ll send you back a map fit for your exact mods. He will have you download that first tune onto your AP>then onto your car. He’s gonna request you check off certain gauges in the settings on your AP, then give you certain things to datalog for him(i.e maybe 3k-6,500 RPM in third gear WOT and more), you’ll datalog by just pressing the center button on your AP while on the gauges menu and press it again to stop the datalog after you completed the pulls he wants you to. Next step plug your accessport into your computer, drag and drop your logs from AP manager into the email you’re replying to him. He’ll send you a revised map in a few days in which you’ll basically repeat the same process as before each time until he’s dialed your tune into where it should be. Also, on his site if you would rather have a full tune you can check that box on the drop down menu instead when you go to order the Accessport from him. That’ll cost you an extra $150 on top of the $650 for the AP tho but you’ll be getting a more personalized tune than the OTS plus. Personally I did the OTS plus from him because I only have an intake and test pipe. Go Full tune if you make big power with your mods. Yea there’s a generic run down for ya lol
@@ageagile1047 so it’s a $150 starting fee with the pro tunes but do you need to pay more every time you revise it? Or do you pay more if you add another mod like a downpipe? Do you know if you can ask for different maps and if that’s more too? Sorry I’m asking a lot just been thinking about it for awhile 😅
@@__d4ze I wouldn’t call it a fee haha that’s the discounted price of the full tune for ordering the Accessport through him. The revisions he sends you are based on how the logs that you send him look and those are free. If you’re adding more performance mods after you guys have already started the tuning process then there’s a touch up fee(idk how much it is) but if you add big power mods like upgraded turbo then instead of a touch up fee you’ll have to purchase a new full tune at that point. Go on his site and read the FAQ’s section it’ll answer some of your questions you may have
Hey there, so I got a catless downpipe, a straight pipe, high pressure fuel pump internals and now I’m just waiting on my access port to arrive, will I be good for now with the access port tune?
Best advice is saving for a better platform to gain power from, dont waste money on a bad platform it will be a waste and you will gain alot more saving to buy a speed or any other better car
Holy fooken shit is that salt everywhere on your car? Where u from? Check for the rust after winter. I got only TMIC from Airtec in my ms3. No mods etc. When car was stock on dyno it had 252hp/390nm after TMIC it has 261/423nm I see no point in modding this car, FWD has a lot of problems in delivering even the stock power. it is something for the number people, not to use in real world. Other then 100-200kmh there is no other way to use more power in FWD.
First mod. Fuel pump internals

What rim tire combo are you using?
Love the videos man!! Much love from Toronto
Where did you get your spoiler for the Mazda
Do you think you could go over tuning? Like the process pricing and data logging?
That’s actually a great idea! I’ll keep that video in mind😁

Hey there, so I got a catless downpipe, a straight pipe, high pressure fuel pump internals and now I’m just waiting on my access port to arrive, will I be good for now with the access port tune?
I would get a pro tune
You think I could do similar mods to 2010 mazda Mazda 3 sports
Maybe aesthetic a little but nothing Performance
Can I tune my 2004 Mazda 3 i sedan
I just have the Mazda 3 so no turbo completely stock engine what would you recommend in general like what should I start with first
Start by selling it and buying a speed
Depends what you want, but yeah if you want more power get a speed

JJ MS3 Performance we don’t have speeds in Australia we have mps
@@jackbuckland2835 then get a MPS lol it’s the equivalent to the North American Speed 3
Got a question? Y u use 5w40 on your motor if it says 5w30?
better for the car, helps it run/last longer. you want full synthetic
Hey what headunit do u have? I was looking at getting one for my car :)
He has the Eonon Android Headunit
yes, it is an eonon head unit
Did you find the audio quality decreased with the Eonon unit? And have you got the Bose speakers?
@@Nic271998 no man not really and yes i have Bose
Does the front mount increase lag at all?
maybe a slight bit cuz of all the piping, but you won't notice it
What downpipe you got?
Cpe catted dp
