- I take an Accurascale Class 37 straight from the box and show you how to detail and weather it using an Airbrush and Pin washes...then finally bring it to life with Gunmetal palate and paintbrush
Great video. Will now give it a go. Thank you for the advice and guidance.
Looks absolutely superb John 😃👍
Looks great John! I treated myself to a class 57 “totnes castle” in GWR Green at the Bristol model railway exhibition just gone so will be weathering that up next. Also got a good amount of coaching stock. 3 GWR mk3’s, 2 Intercity mk4’s from Rails at a bargain price, and 2 debranded LNER mk3’s. A fair amount of weathering to be done 👍🏻
Nicely done 👍
that looks excellent wish i could do that with my 37 what a result A1
Thank you John, utterly real!! 👏🏼
Great video.i like your method. I'm planning to weather all my locos and rolling stock later on once my layout is more complete not a small job as I do have quite a lot lol
Nice job😊
Nice video but missing a few tips, like how to ensure the bogie doesn’t foul any of the fitted detail on curves. Did you remove the NEM pocket? I can’t for the life of me see how to fit the detail ploughs without the bogie corners hitting them! I have made do with the NEM fitted plough for now though. All the best for a great layout with lots of prototypical track detail (PW Engineer here😁)
Accurascale Class 37 when you sending back to get its motor fixed :)
What type of sleeper dou you use for your tracks
What paints is it that you use please?
But the nose ends are spotless 🤔
lovely work, it sounds very drafty in your loft!! 🥶🥶🤣
