I think Disney needs to hire both of us to fix their Fed up MCU. I'm 62 and started reading Marvel in spring of 68 at 6/7 years old. Ya I'm old..Not Obsolete.
But if thor doesn't go with the guardians what that mean for gorr, thor would have no warning about his attack or know of other gods being killed, also would jane have become mighty thor in this timeline or would she have stayed away from asgard not wanting any awkward interaction with thor? Maybe the avengers still being a more unified group help thor and also the eternals.
I prefer this scenario. Captain was leaving the MCU anyways, and got to be with Carter anyways, so this way Iron Man could've lived. Though I know RDJ was leaving anyways 😅

Pro Captain America will not die this is due to the reason that first of all thor's hammer has healing property also in second second reason is that Captain America is a super Soldier who is destined to use any weapon in the best way possible
If Captain America snapped then the situation would be like this: Thanos: i am inevitable ( but realise that he doesn't have the gauntlet) Captain America: look here Thanos: (looking at Captain America putting on the gauntlet) how many times you will interfere and fight back? Captain America: I can do this all day (snaps his fingers causing Thanos and his army to disintegrate)

That would have been a much better ending.
Iron man had me tire up in the theaters, but this would have made me cry in the theaters.

The only downside to this is that the 2021 holiday season would be less exciting without No Way Home.
