- There is nothing better in summer than floating a river while casting foam dry flies to willing, gullible rainbow and cutthroat trout... except maybe catching the bigger trout on woolly buggers once your inner strike-junkie has had enough dry fly eats.

Fun days. Thanks Dave and Amelia
Absolutely! Love this one in the summer - though this year was a lot hotter and drier than when this one was filmed (we're at a 1 - 3 year buffer now) :)
I’m riding with these guys ANYDAY!!
just have fun and go catch a fish :)
Great video as always. Thanks for sharing.
Glad you enjoyed. It is a really neat little run of water right there :)
Heaven on earth. Alberta? ... BC? ... Idaho?
Yes! Alberta😊🍻
I lìke a river,spring n creek 😍
fun!
Wow that was a peacefull spot, I wish to fish a spot like that in my life 😂
worth exploring to find!
Jeepers that was wicked
A lot of fun just to float that one :)
fun day great scenery
gorgeous water and fun fish :)
Awesome video!
Thanks for the visit! glad you enjoyed it :)
im curious whats the idea or tactic with the constant line wiggles as they arent mends. is this just to give the bug some life like its jittering around on the water?
it's a bunch of things from that to line control, lift control, etc. Cheers
Beauty👍🐟
Thanks 👍
Nice video
Thank you - heaps of summer fun :)
No PFDs and wearing a giant entrapment hazard of a backpack!?!? 🤦🏻♂️
Funny! You ever been in our boat or on that cream puff of a river? 🍻
Not doubting your local river easiness or your confidence behind the oars. It’s just sad to see people who others look to for direction set such a poor example about river/boat safety… if y’all are truly experienced rowers, you know things happen abruptly without warning when they go wrong on the river. Sure would hate to see someone view your video and think they can row a river without protective equipment safely. Do y’all even have a pfd for every person on board per Canadian law?
@@jonathanwu1841 you do you per your laws and requirements, we're doing us per ours. We're 100% legal. Cheers
@@jonathanwu1841 You must not float high water because this is low flows in comparison... Anyone who needs a pfd in these low flows should not be on the river until they have mastered even lower flows
Is it Idaho?
It's actually in Alberta, Canada - not terribly far from ID :)
